I need a fic where Matt and Foggy witness Frank and Karen being so oddly soft with each other in the midst of chaos. I need them to be so confused because how did they miss this? What possibly could've connected these two?
All of them stood together at the end of a fight, Frank stood in the centre of the room where he just saved Matt's life. Karen running over to him and hugging him tightly while he burrows his head in the crook of her neck.
She pulls back and starts fussing over the ash and blood on his face, wiping softly at his cheek with tears in her eyes as she asks him if he's okay. Frank wrapping a gentle hand around her wrist while he reassures her that he's fine.
Matt (from the corner where he's bleeding out) : "Are both of you having heart attacks or what?"
Foggy : *Violently shushing Matt*
