The adult circumstraint is an integral part of helping young men become fully mature adults, focussed on work, studies, and their romantic partners, not selfish masturbation. Whilst most adult circumstraints are found in dedicated androcology clinics, portable versions like the above are designed for fitting to a normal bed, and were once commonly used by couples who would prefer a more intimate “DIY” circumcision as a sign of commitment before marriage. Modern guidance is that circumcisions should be performed in a clinical setting to best manage the risk of any complications; however, bed circumstraints like the above can still be a valuable tool for conditioning, particularly in the recalcitrant masturbator who requires an extended course of therapy to help break his habit. The improvised adult circumstraint is an ideal venue for therapy involving the application of drying creams, astringents, rubbing alcohols, chastity devices, and even performing mock circumcisions in which a clamp is loosely attached an aversive measure or even as a kind of improvised short-term chastity device. This has made bed circumstraints increasingly common in university settings, where RAs and student volunteer nurses will use them in dorms to help support incoming male students who require therapy to curb their urges to self-abuse (as nearly all do), other institutional settings, as well as in the home as a tool of erotic play and conditioning.

Hamilton Man re-circed by GF
Here are some pics taken when my GF (at the time) applied a Tara Klamp to me and actually locked it in place.

It’s interesting how most women tend to prefer whatever is most common where they live, but women who experience a lot of both cut and uncut guys often tend to prefer cut, even if cut is fairly rare where they live.
Response to Message
I got asked why I prefer circumcised men.
The simple answer is
It is better for me
Better for them
Better to look at
Better for me
That's it.. I said it. This will raise so many complaints and negative responses. I don't care the reality is that male circumcision reduces the risk of a whole range of female ailments and disease. The foreskin is a petri dish of nasty. If you don't believe me wash your man's cock with soap, then take a swab, put it in a petri dish and watch it grow all the nasty stuff. Typically that won't even show the other virus' that call the foreskin home. These are linked to increase rates of cervical cancer and a whole host of other complications. If you don't believe me look at countries with world class health care systems like Denmark, Netherlands, France, Spain all with low rates of circumcision and high rates of cervical cancer and compare that to countries like Israel with similar quality health care and high rates or circumcision and the rates of cervical cancer are several times lower.
Beyond the health benefits to me the sexual benefits are off the chart. I had never had an orgasm in my life until I was in my 40's. You can read about this in my other posts. I then enjoyed several tens of partners and learnt so much about myself in the process. Comparing a sexual partners of equal quality, size, fitness, endurance where one is circumcised and the other uncircumcised there's still a step change improvement when they are circumcised. I can climax more quickly and have multiple orgasms. I have experienced this across several exceptional sexual partners in recent years. The exceptional uncircumcised men have been able to get me to climax but have only once been able to help me have multiple. I have kept trying and have so far never been proved wrong.
When I chat to my girlfriends even the most anti-circumcision friend of mine acknowledges that their best sexual encounter was with a circumcised guy. I genuinely believe that she is only anti-circumcision because her husband is uncircumcised and completely against the idea. She's also completely unsatisfied sexually in her relationship.
Better For them
I am yet to meet a guy who has not been
brainwashed by misinformation
had a botched job
some other physical or mental problem
That has been or is unhappy with their circumcision. If I login to any social media site i'll be flooded with people saying they have no-sensation or other stories. I am yet to see it in real life, even working as a nurse for a urologist I hear guys coming back after circumcision praising the success and happiness of the results.
The men I have discussed this with who are circumcised always say they love the feeling of sex and have no issues.
The medical benefits of reduced UTI's, reduced penile cancer, no risk of phimosis and other foreskin related issues are also well stated. The common narrative that these benefits are over stated is so far from the truth. Look at the health data discussed above. No country with low rates of circumcision have low rates of cervical cancer.
One of the sexual partners that I was regularly fucking for about 3 months was uncircumcised. He was by far the most capable of my uncircumcised sexual partners. With another of his partners he had an accident and somehow tore his foreskin and frenulum. After a botched attempt to fix it at an emergency hospital ward in South East Asia he was circumcised. We fucked again twice post op and the difference was remarkable. He was like a new guy in the bed, he went from being down the list to being my second best fuck. I asked him what he thought and he said he wished he had done it sooner. He's now saying that if he ever settles down and has kids that it's 100% on his parenting tick-box list. Other men I've talked to who had been circumcised as adults without a botch have had similar success stories.
Better to Look at
Let's be honest.. it just looks better when flaccid, erect, penetrating a vagina. I had never taken any interest in porn until a few years ago when I went through my initial phases of self discovery. It is astonishing how many ugly dicks there are on the internet most of them are uncircumcised.
When I lay in bed and I'm looking at my sexual partner coming across the room about to take advantage of me, having a good looking dick adds excitement and spice. Nobody wants to fuck someone they find unattractive if they can avoid it. People want to fuck what they find attractive.
Even the women who are completely anti-circumcision I know think that a circumcised cock looks better.
Summary
Let's stop the bullshit and look at this through the lens of reality. Male circumcision is a huge win for men and women. While there's always a risk to any surgery the risks to your partners and yourself for not being circumcised is greater. A quick summary
Looking at the data
Over 1 million births over the period
51% boys (approx 550k)
40% circumcision rate average over that time (app
1 death (which is unfortunate and it turned out this was a home hatchet job by an ethnic family)
4 cases of known complications that required urgent care
If we compare that to the rate of death from cervical cancer in the same country 12 in 100,000. That's a much higher risk. 12 in 100k vs 1 in 220k. That doesn't even start to touch on the other medical complications of phimosis, UTI's, etc.
