The way I see it is: after the sequel came out, the hyped people came in to perform a Demo Day in the fandom space and got away leaving survivors and new talented people here lmao

Don't take me wrong tho! It was exciting to have people excited about this franchise as we all were, and since my accounts solely focus on this one hyperfixation, the hype helped me get the support I always wanted. But at the same time it was.. a bit overwhelming-

I'm still not used to my videos going viral on TikTok and I tried my best to not taint my view because of dumb people who need to touch grass. For example, I got so many death threats for something as silly as my ships that I can't look at the popular ships in this fandom (Brick star, Panic Frog and TearBlush specifically) without getting war flashbacks. Obviously I have nothing against those who like them, it's just something I need to work on my self-esteem/mental health.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that for me, at the same time the hype dying down made me pretty sad, it also feels like a breath of fresh air. I very much prefer this fandom to remain as one that can fit in a school bus lmao. You are all very sweet, cool and creative and I am still so glad I get to be a part of this community! YOU ARE ALL AMAZING AND I LOVE YOU
