Sidecar MK IV with Glock 19 and extended Glock 17 mag. This is my favorite appendix carry setup by far. I’ve been running this one for a couple months now and it will be up on the site soon. The extra mag is canted for easier and faster access under stress, and it’s built into the holster so the entire rig is smaller. For those of you wondering if carrying with an optic is a problem, you can see in this picture that it isn’t.
