Does Papyrus still smoke to pretend to be cool? or he just claims to be very good at various things (e.g. battle, puzzles, basketball)

Papyrus has tried to smoke for the coolness factor couple of times but always coughed to death afterward so he never stuck to it. So puzzles and battle proficency are still his priority

Swapswap sans and papyrus follows underswap's proportions. So id say yea sans could open his mouth if he wants to. : )
