quick shoutout to my #slay ass bruinsblr fam for always keeping shit real af, and for all the times y’all had me in the lb laughing my tits off when all i wanted to do before opening this god-forsaken app was crawl into a hole and cry. it’s not that many years ago that i couldn’t even see myself making it past the age of 15, so sitting here as i turn the big 2-1 is pretty emotional for me. the bruins and my love for this organization might’ve been what saved me back then, but it was this community of fans (and the feeling of belonging that we’ve worked hard to create within it) that helped bring me back to life in the years since. i appreciate you all so fucking much, it’s unreal. seriously, i’m not normally a crier, and i was shedding whole ass tears as i typed out that last sentence. anyways, i just wanted to say thanks for being amazing and wonderful and the best community on hockeyblr, and for making it possible for me to even celebrate this milestone in the first place <3
