Alright, I can do that. Although it may not me necessarily exciting because I have not done a ton of exploring either. I will need to drop my bag off inside before we head out though.

Hey, I’m not going to pester ya to open up to me about it if ya don’t want to. Although I do think ya might not be giving me enough credit. [he shrugs and gives a small smile] Full disclosure though, I thought I heard ya say something about a birthday as I was coming home so I can make a guess. But I really came over here so we could talk again and catch up since I enjoyed the last time we did that.

[he’s walking by with his bag, a bit tired after a day of wrangling kids when he hears the quiet comment and Tino’s general demeanor] [it was his birthday today? he didn’t know that.] [he makes his way over to the Finn]

…happy birthday to me. [looks at his phone] [not one phone call from his family which is, well, kinda heart breaking but time zones and them having kids and shit…]

… [sighs and just…lights up a second cig before the first is even done]

For what it’s worth I did try looking for ya. Multiple times. Ya just... were gone. And I was strongly urged that maybe a change of scenery would help. I am glad ya made it here safely though. I was worried about ya.
