Odette walks up to Carmilla, she has a Snapping Turtle on her head

Carmilla glances up from her work, smiling and laughing a little as she sees her daughter with her new hat. "You have a little friend with you, Odette! Where did you come from?" Carmilla gets up, and being sure to be appropriately cautious, gives the snapping turtle and her daughter some affection, stroking the turtle's head and giving her daughter a big, warm hug.

Charlie smiles, happy Odette is enjoying herself. "Do you wanna tell me about turtles? Maybe a little about what goes on in a family like this? What do you like so much about them, aside from the obvious adorableness of course." Charlie continues to hold Odette, making sure she has a perfect view of the turtles.

Charlie hugs Odette tightly, rubbing her back gently as she gently picks Odette up and carries her over to a terrarium with a family of turtles the hotel has been raising as a group project. "A family just moved into the Hotel and had babies recently! Aren't they adorable?" Tears of happiness spring to Charlie's eyes remembering Vaggie and Anthony bonding while feeding them, and she had gotten to sleep particularly well that night with Vaggie being especially cuddly. "Vaggie and I found them on a date, and everyone at the Hotel loves them!"

Charlie waves to Odette "HI Odette! How are you doing today?"

Odette looks at her, tired "Peachy."

Charlie tries to console her. "Oh no, it's okay! I'm not gonna hurt you, I'm here to help! Promise! Do you want some Apple Juice? Hot Cocoa? Ice cream? Apple Pie? A blanket? Whatever you need I can get it for you. Take some deep breaths, I'm not gonna let anyone hurt you."
