During the intense thunderstorm last night - lots of thunder, lots lightning, Buddy and Ella sought out the deepest, most protected place in our basement they could go — under the bottom stair. Buddy looks out under the stair (though his butt is sticking out, lol).

Ella - slightly less scared than Buddy - is perched on the first stair. And there’s Buddy’s butt sticking out, 😹.

A rare reblog ... because by complete coincidence, my wife, our two cats Buddy and Ella, and I were watching that fairly silly 70s horror movie, The Omen. In the movie, the antichrist is foretold in the ancient murals.

I admit, Lana del Ray is not really my thing, but I know she is for a lot of- possibly all, 😹 - the girl bloggers of Tumblr, so I thought I’d post this very short YouTube dance video.

(I love dance in all forms, from ballet to the @dallascowboys-cheerleaders-blog and much more besides. Tbh, I like the dancing and choreography in this video more than the music, although I also think they fit each other well.)
