i’m really loving the way i feel and the way my body is changing with low-carbs and i was worried about eating out and making good choices and i think i just found my new favorite website…
you can type in literally anything and boom you’ve got all your nutritional information, fats, protein, carbs, sugars, all of it. and they have it for specific restaurants and brands.
that being said… i’m getting take out and having buffalo wings for lunch today.

Back again with a brand new current weight
Of 172.6
The beginning of this week I weighed in at 177, so it shows how badly I was eating over the past few months.
I've not concentrated of weight loss for at least 6 months.
I came back from travelling and had three months of nothing to do so I hit it hard then. But when I got a job, moved countries and started living with my friend it all went downhill.
My mental health has really been suffering and I've been turning to food for comfort. Eating entire bars of chocolate or jars of Nutella in one sitting, we've had multiple takeouts which is something I'd never really do in the past.
I think living with my friend is bad for my weight, she's gone through a break up and is also overweight, she visits fast food places regularly and drinks wine every night.
But I have a goal
Well kind of two.
My big one is Bali. My friend wants to go next summer and all I could think about was how nice it would be to be fit and healthy and comfortable to wear whatever I wanted to feel cool and look good.
My second goal is smaller, I'm going to Budapest this autumn with the girls I went travelling with and it would be nice to see them and have group photos when I'm smaller.
My first goal weight is getting back to my previous weight of 165. From there I want to hit 155 and see where I wanna go from there
My original goal was 145 but we'll see.
I think moderation is my real downfall.
I'm following a 12 week health plan outlined by the NHS.
Week one starts on Monday, but I've already reduced my cals
So here we go!
