Seriously, are you still thinking about food? Consider how bad you're gonna feel after you eat all of those calories, everything you eat sliding down your throat and news flash! All that food doesn't burn away imediatly, it just sits and transfers into fat. Grab your hips. Grab your thighs. Grab your stomach. Grab any other problem areas you have. Think about adding even more fat to those areas. Honestly if you can still grab you disgusting fat there, haven't you eaten enough? Are you still thinking about grabbing another plate of slop you fatass? Fucking unbelievable. Disgusting. Think of what everyone around you thinks. That you're too fat to be eating more. Like couldn't you survive a week or two just on some water and all of the fat on your body? They think that when you're walking out in public, in school/work, and at the grocery store, especially there. All of your fasting can be reduced to nothing if you binge on all the sweets and sticky, fatty food in your house, so get some fucking cucumbers and greens you pig. Crunch on that and drink some water instead of stuffing your face full of food you'll just regret later. I'll say it one more time, you don't need any more food, you're disgusting enough as it is. But you could be beautiful, no, worthy of literally anyones love if you just fast and excercise some more. Good luck darling.
Sorry if this one wasn't to my usual harshness, I'm getting back to ana after nearly a month of trying recovery, but now I'm back and ready to hate myself some more (:
