Is the law constitutional?”

Question was short; 1 sentence each par. 3 pars. total. Simple, yet putangina.

Windang sok. Buhat2 dayon ug tubag. “Congress’ police power is plenary. They can enact law as long as not under the Consti limitations.”

Turns out, it’s answered by a simple, but usually neglected, provision at the end of Art. VI, Consti.

Moral of this long post: Sa kadaghan na nimo’g nabasa, naa pa gyud diay kag na-miss. 4th year na, pero nakalimot gihapon. Law school will really humble you. Also, read your codal first gaddamit!

Now nearing the bar, words of SAJ Leonen hits harder. His point: make peace with every thing. Not sure where I read that though. But same thought.

It’s so exciting too see (STALK!) personal friends who still do Tumblr nowadays as I scroll over my list of the accounts here that I follow. Like, I am not the only one left! A realistic resolution would be to do all the stuff here in Tumblr than in Facebook, to keep away from all the feistyness (no it’s not a word, saw a red jagged line underneath it) of the social media world.
