this is literally all the context I found for this: detective Slam Bradley has a rough day at work, gets Batman’s help, returns to his office, the Riddler is there. There’s no mention of what happened after (and there’s no straight explanation for why Eddie’s even sitting on his desk posed like that.)

BTAA Scarecrow Voice Mannerisms & Habits list

(totally not to encourage more BTAA fanfiction because I’m desperate nooo)

- Practically punctuates every sentence with an inhale. He takes a lot of very short and sharp breaths when talking

- Pitch wavers a lot. Changes it very often especially in the middle of sentences.

- Uses idioms and sayings when speaking sometimes. “Cool as a cucumber,” “Wakey wakey eggs and bakey,” and “Shuffle off to buffalo”

- he has a very clicky and almost hyena like laugh. It’s not how he always laughs but I personally enjoy it. Ive noticed it’s usually when he’s more malicious but not always

- He is. So weird when talking about fear he LOVES using food metaphors and talking about eating fear

- Sings. A lot. Sometimes just a small tune (like when he went “it’s such a short trip from the breath to the blood, from the blood to the brain”), other times it’s full on songs. Not counting the short tune, he sings about three times: when Skid is waking up, when he’s playing the knife game with Skid’s hand, and when he finds the organ and sits down to play Dem Bones
