You can learn a lot looking at strong arguments against your position. You can't learn much looking at weak ones. So I don't like "receipts" blogs where the posts are just examples of your enemies behaving badly and arguing poorly.

It's one of the main post types on radblr. it's common on the pro-war side of jumblr. it's rampant in shipping discourse... why are we trying to emulate the worst parts of this website?

If you follow one of these receipts blogs, think about how it affects you. Are you better informed? Better at defending your views? Or mostly just exhausted and feeling an enhanced sense of being persecuted?
