Music is my therapy
Hey to my fellow readers, welcome to embracing the joy and beauty of music. My name is Marwa and the point of my blog is simply to express my love and appreciation for music as well as how it makes me feel in general. I love discovering different music styles as well as different artists from the newest generation to oldest. To me, discovering a new song and absolutely enjoying it is so similar to a miracle, since I’ve noticed throughout my journey that only a very specific type of music attracts my attention. Not all people will think the same, but in my opinion, I believe that the best genres are hip hop and rap. For some reason, these genres tend to speak to me more than others. The main thing you need to know about me is that I bring my headphones everywhere I go no matter what. They’re almost a part of my body at this point. I love to be constantly doing my own thing while listening to music, even when with others. I truly believe that the majority of the time when I have the choice to be alone or with others, I choose to be alone since I’m aware that I’d be able to listen to music through headphones with no distractions. I love the feeling music gives me. No matter how I’m feeling, there's always a song I could play to either relate to or to make me forget what I’m currently feeling, and the mood would instantly change. The way I see it, It’s free therapy and perfect since I feel that I don’t need to talk about the problems I’m going through all the time but just to relax and relate. It makes me sense that I’m not alone nor am not the only one going through whatever it is that there is going on. Music has the power to evoke strong emotions and create a profound connection within me. Music whispers to my soul, enabling me to communicate my deepest sentiments when words falter.
