And she *normally* brings them back home in the morning, but sometimes people she takes into her lair never come back out so the townsfolk are still pretty terrified of her
(She doesn't eat the people or anything, they just get turned into dragons and don't want to go back to the village)
dragon emerging from her cavern lair to go onto town and sniff random people until she finds a nice smelling one and brings them home for bedtime snuggles

More writing finally. This is Tai and Hannah's first date. Y'all have fun.
Hannah tugged on the hem of her skirt and adjusted her blouse. She opened her phone to check her makeup briefly. It all still looked good to her. She looked about at the rest of the people in the restaurant. The Yellow Dome was a very fancy restaurant, her paycheck might only barely cover the meal. Assuming Tai didn't order anything.
Briefly she thought as to why a robot would want to go to a restaurant for a first date. It was a classic, she wasn't upset by the decision in the slightest. But it seemed rather one sided. She readjusted the little candle in the center before movement caught her eye. She turned to the entrance and nearly gasped audibly. Tai had slipped in, wearing a gorgeous low cut red dress and clutching a matching handbag in one hand.
Hannah collected herself and gave a short wave to the robot. Tai noticed her and weaved through the tables to take the seat opposite Hannah. Was she wearing, perfume? A faint floral scent washed over Hannah.
“Apologies,” Tai said as she sat down. “The tram was late and made me miss my connector.”
Hannah stopped staring with great effort. “Oh it's alright. I didn't wait long. That dress looks really good on you.” She tugged the hem of her skirt again, she felt a little underdressed now.
Tai giggled. “Oh thank you. You look great yourself. I love your makeup! Red is a good color for lipstick!”
What did that shift in tone at the end mean? Hannah didn't worry about it. By choice. She smiled and turned as a waiter approached.
He paused, looking at Tai for a brief moment before plowing forth. “Good evening ladies. Have we decided what to eat tonight?”
Tai locked her head slightly at Hannah. She smiled sheepishly, she had decided already. “Catfish and greens. And a glass of Castle Forkleaf wine, please.”
“Water, in a champagne glass, please.” Tai handed the menu in front of her to the watier.
“Of course. I'll get those started right away.” The waiter took Hannah's menu with a nod.
A moment of silence passed as he left. Hannah tried to pass it off by taking a long sip from the glass of water. The beach party had only been a few days ago, hell they'd kissed at it, and yet nerves made her nearly tremble. Eventually she spoke. “So… What made you choose a restaurant? I assume you can't…”
Tai laughed. “Why not? It's a classic. It's personal, kinda romantic, and classy. So what if I don't order anything?”
Hannah nodded. “I can't argue with that. I have to ask though… I heard most uploads live on the ‘net. What made you get a body?”
“Ya like it?” Tai giggled as Hannah stammered. “No you're right. Most of my siblings live online. But I'm from before then. An experiment if you will.”
“You like it?”
“What? Being me? I love it! Despite the challenges.”
Hannah cocked her head. “What kind of challenges?”
“Integration issues mostly. Ask me another time. Tell me, what do you do for a living, besides go to beach parties?”
Hannah smiled. “I'm an online tech support for Dregcorp. It keeps the studio lights on.”
“I see. I head a team that makes custom cybernetics.”
“Oh? That sounds nice. I'd give a lot to replace my arm with something like that.”
Tai's antennae shot up like a bullet. “Interesting. Well who knows. I'd be happy to have something made for you sometime if you needed it.”
The enthusiasm in the bot's words made Hannah hesitate. “I'll, be certain to let you know.”
The waiter placed Hannah's wine and Tai's champagne glass down on the table along with a basket of bread. Hannah picked up the glass and swirled it for a moment.
“This…” Hannah said. “Is a bad idea.” She smiled.
Tai laughed and raised her own glass. “Why's that?”
“I am a notorious lightweight.”
“What a shame.” Tai giggled and raised the glass.
Hannah raised hers as well in the toast before taking a sip. That was GOOD wine, worth her paycheck for it honestly.
The chatting continued through most of the meal. The wine helped to ease Hannah's nerves, and the food was some of the best she'd ever eaten.
“And then,” Hannah said, leaning over the table slightly. “I think surely this guy is done. He can't have done anything worse to his computer than this. He says ‘how are you able to see all this stuff? There's no screen on this thing.’ He didn't even have a monitor!”
Tai laughed, an adorable giggle that made her screen flash slightly. Man Tai was cute, she'd say yes if Tai asked to- no not exploring that line of thought.
“Hannah, don't quit your day job.” Tai said through a giggle.
“What? Are my jokes and stories not good enough?”
“No, but if you did I feel your company might go under.”
“Ah they can for all I care.”
Tai chuckled, and a moment of silence passed. Then, coyly, “So, you mentioned wanting to get some cybernetics? Do you have any already?”
Hannah shook her head, then blinked as the wine made her vision blur slightly. “Nope. Fully ‘ganic. Never could afford any.”
“What would you get if you could?”
Hannah paused. “My hand first, get used to it I think. Then maybe my eyes.”
“That'd be quite beautiful I think.”
Hannah stopped and squinted at Tai. Tai, for her part, froze and covered her screen with two hands. Hannah leaned forward. “You like robot parts, don't you…?”
Tai stayed silent for several seconds before nodding behind her hands. The facade had cracked slightly. “Maybe…”
Hannah's eyes widened. “You do! Oh my goodness that explains so much!” She giggled and finished her glass of wine.
“Like what?!”
“Like how into yourself you are.”
“You make me sound like a narcissist!”
“No no! You sound…” Hannah paused, then smiled. “Sound like me after my surgery. It's a good thing.”
Tai looked at her for a few moments before nodding. “I see. Well I am serious. It's of religious importance.”
“You've not told me of your religious affiliation.”
Tai sat taller. “It's not important. I'll tell you in time, cutie.”
Hannah giggled and then watched the waiter approach with the payment device. She gritted her teeth, pulling out her purse and hoping the damages weren't too bad. She reached for the device but Tai moved quicker, slapping her hand over the device.
“Hey! You didn't get anything you're not paying!”
Tai paused for a moment and then the payment device beeped. She grabbed it and handed it back to the waiter. “Too late. I already paid.”
Hannah blinked. She hadn't even seen the total but she was certain it would be well over a hundred and fifty bucks. “I… Thank you I… Your credit card is in your hand?”
Tai laughed, standing and offering a hand. “Yes in a way!”
Hannah took the offered hand and stood. “That's actually so cool. What else can you do?”
Tai leaned in close as they made their way to the door. Barely audibly she said, “Lots and lots of things. You’ll see later.”
Hannah couldn't stop herself from grinning. “I see…”
“Come on. We've got time to catch a movie too!” Tai began leading Hannah down the street in the direction of the movie theater.

Here you go gay people on my phone.
Hannah was having a good time at the beach party. There was an open bar, good food, and music. Her friend Nat had run off with a few boys, which was good for her but… Hannah and Nat didn’t share a type is all. And Nat had been the only person she'd known here. So she sat on a towel nursing a margarita and deciding if it was time to leave.
It was a hard choice to make, she'd bought a new swimsuit for the party, and the sun was only now setting. The beach sand was soft and there were plenty of pretty women to watch dance. So she sipped her drink in peace.
As she shamelessly watched the dancers one caught her eye. It took a moment for an opening in the crowd to give her a good view. She'd first thought they'd had an artificial limb or two, something that was getting more popular nowadays, but after a shuffle in the dance put the person in clear view she saw otherwise. A white-plated robot, distinctly feminine in appearance with a sleek boxy head and a pink visor. The robot wore a two piece swimsuit, black hip skirt and a one shoulder top. A black petaled flower was tucked into one of two antennae on the side of her head.
Hannah watched the robot in fascination. When had she arrived? The others on the dance floor didn’t seem put off by her. The robot danced with the rest of the party goers, swapping partners once and a while as she drifted in and out of the crowd. Hannah didn’t even consider that she'd been staring until a new song came on. The robot glanced her way, and though she had no face to see with, it was clear she was aware of Hannah's looking.
Hannah tried to play it off, sipping her drink and looking elsewhere, but it seems she'd caught the attention of the robot. The new song demanded swaying hips and the robot did not disappoint. Hannah once again stared, perhaps a bit more blatantly this time. Subtlety had sailed. That said, a mild panic struck as the robot slipped from the crowd and walked towards her.
“It's generally rude to stare at a girl when she dances,” the robot said as she stood in front of Hannah, one hand on her hip. “You can apologize by letting me sit with you here.” The robot had a stilted way of speaking, not emotionless but lacking any clear indicators. But there were infections, slight but present.
Hannah nodded, scooting over slightly to make room. “Yeah, make yourself at home. Sorry for staring.”
The robot sat with a thump. “It's alright, I wouldn't be dancing like that if I didn’t want to be looked at.” She leaned over slightly, allowing Hannah to hear the soft hum of her fans. “I'm T4-1, but you can call me Tai.”
“Hannah. It's nice to meet you Tai. Forgive me asking, but isn't a beach party a bit of an odd place for a robot? Ya know water and sand.”
Tai shrugged. “Perhaps, but I am waterproof. No, it was mostly an excuse to wear this.” She tugged on the bottom band of her top. “Sand is a problem, but less of one than you'd think. Did you come here with someone, Hannah?”
“Yeah, but she ditched me to go off with some guy.”
“What? Left you here alone?”
“Yep. Considering leaving early.”
Tai sounded a shocked note. “Well that won't do. Pretty girls shouldn't be left alone at parties.” She stood, holding her hand out to Hannah.
Pretty? Hannah grinned and took Tai's hand. Dancing with a robot would be novel. Tai led her towards the other dancers. Several songs later Hannah was winded and laughing. They retreated back to the towel she'd brought, but this time they faced the waves and surf.
“Don't know why you weren't dancing. You're pretty good,” Tai said.
“It's easier with someone to dance with.” Hannah smiled as she studied Tais visor.
“Aw well you're sweet.” She paused for a moment. “You didn't seem interested in anyone else there. Why's that?”
Hannah flushed. “Ah well, I've never danced with a robot is all. New experiences.”
“Ah you're a fan of new experiences?” Tai placed a metal hand on Hannah's thigh, causing her to flinch slightly.
“Well, yes. That's what I said didnt I?” It was what she'd said. She did mean it. The robot next to her was a new experience. Hannah leaned in, placing her own hand on Tai's metallic thigh. Cold metal.
“Watch your fingers.” Tai said as she matched the lean, the soft tickle of air from the fans in her chest brushing against skin.
Hannah pulled her hand back, but was surprised when Tai caught her by the wrist. “Sorry I-”
“I said watch your fingers, not move your hand. Im a dreadful pinch hazard if you're not careful.” Tai placed Hannah's hand further up onto Tai's hip.
“I see,” Hannah whispered. In the heat of the moment she leaned in and planted a kiss on the robots visor. She was satisfied with the surprised beep she got in response.
