My name is Syrenniel, I serve the Lich King. I have no other purpose since I was resurrected. Sometimes I grasp at the straws of my memories, other times I shun them. I like the view - Caer, 1st!verse
Put "I like the view" in my ask and my character will react to yours saying that after accidentally catching mine naked.
Syrenniel wrinkled her nose from left to right a growl escaping her as she trudged her way back to camp. As soon as she set her eyes on Quoth she ripped off her wet cloak and tossed it at him, it smacked him in the face, but otherwise did no harm.
"DAMMIT QUOTH!" She shrieked. "REALLY YOU THREW ME INTO A LAKE?!" She snarled and hissed as she removed her armour. She thought about throwing it at him, but she wasn't that mean. He was still trilling at her for throwing the cloak at him and was busy drying his feathers.
The last bit of her soaking wet clothing came off and she dropped it in the pile she had left and moved to her pack to get a change of clothes; in her anger she hadn't thought ahead.
There was a small cough behind her and Ren whirled around, eyes glowing dangerously although as they set upon the face of her travel companion, Caerleon they had widened and a dark grey blush had spread across her face.
"O-Oh!" She exclaimed, quickly shuffling so she was hiding behind Quoth.
Quoth snorted and promptly stood up, walking away and leaving a very flustered Ren fumbling over her bag trying to get something to cover her bare form.
She hadn't quite noticed Caerleon had politely turned his back.

“I spend more time taking impromptu flying lessons than I do getting from place to place these days. But I don't mind really, Quoth has never really hurt me, apart from that one time he dislocated my shoulder, but he was surprisingly apologetic. He waited until I got the sling off before he decided to throw me again.” She rolled her eyes a small bark of a laugh escaping her although at Caerleon's next words her face went between confusion and embarrassment, the tips of her ears beginning to burn a dark grey.
“There are plenty things wrong with me, but thank you, your words are kind, much like your heart.”
The words of her kin began to bounce around in her head, calling her 'ugly' and a 'freak' because of the way she looked. She brought her knees up to her chest, wrapping an arm around them and rested her chin on her knees. She wanted to shield the noise out, the voices in her head, and for a moment they quietened, drove back by the noise that Caerleon made. Her head tilted towards him, ears twitching at the noise.
“You like that?” She asked, brows raising a little in amusement before she repeated the scratching motion a little harder, wanting to tempt that noise out of him again. It was kinda cute, but she probably would never say that out loud.
Look Before You Leap
He listened intently to her words, his head still tilted. He grunted in understanding when she said about not being good with animals.
“Since I used to be a druid, it was quite a shock for me when animals recoiled from me,” he said sadly. “Normally all kinds of creatures are drawn to us but of course being a Death Knight… We smell of death itself…” He chuckled lightly when she said she wasn’t taught to ride, the sound echoing off the mouth of the cave. But it was a comforting laugh, not a mocking one.
“Well you do pretty well considering.”
He stared out into the blizzard again, not really seeing it, his attention firmly fixed on both Syrenniel’s words and her soft stroking of his fur. Hearing her say ‘look at me’ he did, and trailed his ice blue eyes over her for a moment.
“There’s nothing wrong with the way you look,” he commented. “I’ve seen much, much worse, as I’m sure you have too…” He trailed off feeling her scratch behind his ear, and a soft bear-growl came out as he subconsciously leaned towards the amazing feeling.
He wanted to ask about her… Ask if she remembered what happened to her… Who she was before the change. But he also knew that was a sensitive subject for most, and so he stayed quiet for now.

Syrenniel's brows knitted together, confusion washing over her features. The Bronze Dragonshire?.. Why had she not thought of that before?.. Actually wait that was a lie, she had.. but she'd been so afraid of what she might find she had pushed all thoughts of it aside.
"Perhaps.." She said softly, her expression becoming a little timid. "Although I've learned picking at the wall in my head doesn't tend to get me anywhere.. the memories will come when they want to come.. I can never force them.. heh like sand slipping through my fingertips."
"You look familiar…" - Syrennielfrosttouch
——He knew the Blood Elf was coming…As much as he knew her life, from the beginning to the end. His gaze softened as she approached, knowing the horrors of her past, and at her words, Nozdormu tilted his head to the side, brows furrowing together. “Perhapssss a visit to the Bronze Dragonshire would bring back the memoriesss you cannot ssseem to place…”

♣ - Caerleon, both main and AU
Send a ♣ and my muse will give their personal thoughts about yours
Main!Verse
"Caerleon is a good friend, and a great teacher, without his guidance I doubt I would’ve grasped the control of ice so quickly. He is kind and patient and I know I can always count on him if I need someone to have my back."
1st!Verse
”.. I wouldn’t even know where to begin. Caerleon is kind and sweet and wonderful and.. I’m not quite sure what he sees in me, perhaps a reflection of his own loneliness since we seemed to gravitate towards each other without realizing.
It’s hard being on my own, I never really thought it would bother me that much, but lately I’ve been feeling so.. so empty and Caerleon will take me into his arms, or into his bed, and for that short amount of time I’m with him, I feel.. I feel alive.
I don’t want that sensation to end, but I fear if I cling onto him too much, he will see how needy I really am.”

She followed his gaze back to Quoth for a moment and nodded with a small shrug of her shoulders.
“He's always throwing me off, I'm kinda used to it. I never was good with animals..” She paused for a few moments, pursing her lips to the side before mumbling in a soft voice. “I was never taught to ride one either..”
As Caerleon sat down her hand found his fur again, petting it lightly.
“I think everyone is affected a little differently by it. I mean, look at me.” She gestured to her face with her free hand before slumping down beside him with a sigh. It was always tough, there was nothing she could do to hide her status as a Death Knight even at a glance.
Her hand reached up to scratch him behind the ear affectionately as she was speaking and she turned her gaze back to the fresh snow that was falling.
Look Before You Leap
The bear tilted his head, his expression as close to a smile as it could get in this form. He wasn’t bothered by her petting, in fact it was quite soothing.
“Are you all right?” he asked, nodding towards her headstrong mount. A chuckle rippled through him seeing the bird snuggling into the mammoth pelt. That was pretty cute.
Caerleon’s large bear butt hit the floor with a thud as he sat down near the mouth of the cave to watch the snow outside with Syrenniel. To show he wasn’t offended by her touching his fur, he shuffled over so he was still in reach. “Thank you,” he said. “You’d think being a Death Knight would have affected more than just my appearance but I’m glad it hasn’t.” His tone perhaps let on he had been quite worried about that.

“How about that dance then?” - Caerleon
Ren glanced up from her seat, a small blush spreading across her nose. Caerleon had joked about coming to find her for a dance when he got a free moment. Or at least she thought he was joking. It appears he wasn't.
She stood, her hand coming out to grasp around his outstretched one and he pulled her close, arms wrapping around her waist as the music slowed to a gentle rhythm.
Ren smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck and soon her head was resting against his chest, listening to the gentle sound of his slow heartbeat as they swayed to the music.

“He’s half an hour late… What if he doesn’t show?” ((King!verse))
Syrenniel's brows knitted together as she took a step forward, hands resting on Shanarra's shoulders.
"He will come Shan, he loves you. You know him, he's probably just fashionably late... caught up with stuff."
She pulled her friend into a big hug, squeezing her tightly.

There was a time I didn't have Shan in my life? *le gasp* I wasn't living.
I keep going to your ask box and staring at it for an hour and not being able to come up with a viable starter, closing it and doing it again 30 minutes later.
How do starters work? T.T
Tagging so peeps can see and if they want to rps drop me a line so we can talk =D (And i’m just shy to randomly start talking to people most of the time aha)

Quoth walked into the mouth of the cave and shook his head and body, throwing off all the snow that had gathered in his feathers.
And also throwing off Syrenniel.
She didn't go far, just flew a few feet ahead of the bird, landing in a clatter of armour and obscene language. She still hadn't quite gotten used to riding him yet, and Quoth seemed to revel in throwing her off at any chance the bird got.
“Quooooooooooth!” She whined as she got to her feet. “You did that on purpose.”
Quoth trilled at her almost like a laugh before walking over to the mammoth pelt, picking it up in his beak and curling up with it, now ignoring the two Death Knights. He was not a fan of the cold really and now they had shelter he was going to just curl up and sleep until he was needed again.
Ren raised her hand to say something before shrugging her shoulders, dropping her hand and approaching Caerleon.
She glanced out at the heavy snow fall and wind.
“It seems we made it just in time.” She said as she reached out to brush some snow that had settled on his fur. His fur was so soft. Ren found herself petting it lightly before she realized what she was doing and retracted her hand, a dusting of grey coming across her nose.
“Uhh sorry, you do really have a nice coat.” She mumbled.
Look Before You Leap
“Not a bad idea.” Caer rumbled, his already deep voice made somewhat more gravelly by his bear shape. He fell into step behind Quoth, his large paws making quick work of the snowy path the raven cleared for him.
They made it over the hill, the great white bear not hampered in the slightest even with the extra weight of the mammoth skin. His still glowing Death Knight eyes spied the cave she must have been referring to and he followed Syrenniel towards it, hardly even noticing he had started humming some random tune.
It didn’t take them long to reach it, and it was just as well; as the cave mouth yawned in front of them, lightning cracked across the Northrend sky, quickly followed by an angry rumble of thunder. Caer stood at the edge, waiting to make sure Quoth and Ren were both safely inside before following. He shrugged the mammoth pelt off and onto a large rock next to them, turning to watch the blizzard that started just seconds after they had taken shelter.
