Baking update!

I've still got a couple more trays of chocolate chip cookies to go but I'm really happy with how both types of cookies turned out! ^-^ the chocolate chip ones were the ones that I accidentally added more butter than it called for and they actually turned out basically perfect so apparently I was right and it was the recipe that was wrong (/hj)

Cookie dough made, I've got them in the fridge to cool for now! Kinda accidentally added more butter than it called for with one of the recipes (it called for half a cup, I ended up adding a full cup) so I'm really just hoping for the best on that one, the consistency looked fine tho, it looked good, so hopefully it'll be alright but I guess we'll see when I bake them this evening

We have things to do today that involves some stressful interacting with people and since I'm basically the only one here who has decent people skills I've basically got Asbestos cowering behind me like a human shield, r.i.p

It's too bad we don't seem to have any aprons around, or if we do I can't find them, I'd kinda like to wear an apron while I bake... maybe I'll ask the mother unit tomorrow

Interesting fact: that outfit was primarily to go to the grocery store and buy butter. I want to bake and I want to use real butter but all we have in the house is margarine, so I went and bought butter
