Tony Head Love Game

Day 25

I love the fact that Tony Head can scare the ever-living shit out of me.  It really is amazing.  We have this gentle, loving, goofy man, and everyone knows it, then the director calls action and he can just drip with malevolence.  When his character has an outburst of rage… the look in his eyes, the set of his jaw.  Holy jeepers, this is a big, scary man who could possibly rip someone apart with his bare hands.  I jump, I flinch, I squeak, and I love every moment of it.  How does he make his amazing eyes look so cold?  How does his gentle voice break with rage?  How, when every fiber of my being knows he’s one of the kindest men ever, does he make me believe he has the capacity to revel in the destruction of lives?  I don’t know…  But it sure is fun to watch him do it.

Tony Head Love Game

Day 28

I love Tony Head for having the guts to read fanfic.  I don’t know if he does any more, and I don’t know if he knew what he was getting into at the time, but I know he has.  And I know some of the things we write even frighten those of us that write it at times.  Some of us torture his characters relentlessly, and some of us have him jumping into bed with anything that breathes (or doesn’t).  And, even though most of it would scare the daylights out of any sane man, I hope he still gets a hold of some of our best every now and then.  Just so he can know how much his work still inspires us.

(By the way, Giles/Willow is my OTP.  I bet he’d like them the way I write it!)

Tony Head Love Game

Day 32

I love Tony Head’s hair.  Or, as Lisajp4 put it, “His thick raven hair from when he was in the Gold Blend ads right up until about season 2 of Buffy. It makes me wanna run my hands through it- it looks SO fluffy!” 

Agreed, Tony’s locks look absolutely touchable.  It’s the kind of hair that makes you want to dig your fingers in and hold him steady for…  Well, you get the idea.  Long, short, and every length it between, no one can argue that Tony doesn’t have great hair.  However, as my own addition to this love, I would like to say that I’m thoroughly enjoying watching it change as he ages.  The raven was good, yes…  But I can already see the silver mane he will one day have.  And I proclaim the future of his hair will be just as glorious as the past.
