Random Strawhat headcanons because I can’t stop thinking about them

• Nami is not very physically affectionate, so when she finally gets comfortable enough to show someone affection, she’ll lean on them, put her head on their shoulder or just kind of drape herself over them in some way or form. The rest of the crew knows how special it is for Nami to do this so they all have the unspoken rule of never bothering someone when they see Nami showing them affection, similar to the unspoken rule of never moving when there’s a cat on your lap

• Robin will every so often fall asleep in the middle of reading and whoever in the crew finds her, knows to gently take her book without waking her up and book mark the page she’s on so she doesn’t lose her place

• Chopper enjoys riding around on people’s shoulders, head, or feet and has to hold onto some part of them as sort of a security blanket like holding just their finger when offered their hand or riding on their shoulders and holding their hair gently as sort of a sensory thing or standing on their feet and holding their hands like when a little kid and their parent dance together

• Nami helps Sanji ease up on his smoking cause she knows how harmful it is and she doesn’t like the smoky smell on him when they hug. She’ll come over to talk to him when she sees he’s stressed out, pacing back and forth on the deck about to pull out a smoke to ease the pressure, he’s so enamored just to be talking to her that he doesn’t even realize that the cat burglar has robbed him blind of the cigarettes in his pocket

•Jinbe likes to perform traditional tea ceremonies for everyone! He will also often be seen early mornings on the deck doing tai chi or different stretches and sometimes other crew members will join him!

•Sanji and Usopp have a game seeing who can balance more objects on top of Zoro while he’s asleep and laugh when they see his bewildered expression when he wakes up. Zoro pretends to be annoyed but in reality he’s curious to see who will win and on occasion will purposefully fall asleep in strange positions or places to make their game more difficult

• Nami will occasionally get headaches and eye strain from working on her maps too long, Sanji usually brings her tea at these times and will just quietly sit by her until she finishes her drink so he can cool the teabags afterward so she can rest them on her eyes to help the eye strain
