🪽🦴my wl tips🦴🪽
⚠️obviously these will not be manageable for everyone and please be safe
- i DO NOT exceed 1500 k@lories literally ever (even on met@bolism days and b!nges)
- i eat anywhere from 300-600 kals a day
- i track EVERYTHING
- i don’t eat nasty @ss protein bars and processed stuff but instead whole foods that actually are enjoyable to eat
- i don’t eat ANYTHING i do not like the taste of (waste of kals and would rather eat nothing)
- if i stay up late, ill have a snack around 2-4 am to trick my body into thinking that’s time to eat. (this way i can often sleep through my hunger)
- no liquid or food before 12pm ( i start every day at around 12pm with coffee)
- i prefer to not eat breakfast mainly because im genuinely not hungry in the mornings
- a single meal should never exceed 350 calories
- every morning i take fiber gummies, apple cider vinegar and fish oil supplements
- i drink 2-3 cups of green tea (atleast one cup per meal)
- with every meal i take a physicians choice digestive enzyme
- i have metabolism days if i noticed i haven’t pooped in around 3 or more days (metabolism day=900-1000 kals)
- no soda (this includes diet anything) once you quit it’s so easy to never want soda again because now even the thought makes me nauseous
- honestly i don’t make my 10k steps everyday but the days i dont i will do something physical at home like deep clean my room, do a Just Dance video on youtube, etc
- i watch messy Mukbangs made by heavier people whenever i want to be discouraged from eating
- i make sure to always eat LESS than a serving size
- i drink like 3 40oz stanley’s a day
- roasted seaweed snack packs and Outshine fruit pops are literally 30 cals each and R SO GOOD OMG
- i look in the mirror….

Hey, everyone!
This is what my lunch and dinner look like today and each one between 120-170kcal.
I am trying to become more active, so I started running and stopped smoking to make it easier to run longer.
I’ve ran out of ideas what to eat, I stopped eating meat, only fish once a week, and I mostly consume fruits, veggies, rice cakes, plant-based products, sometimes protein bars that are below 200kcal and dark chocolate. I started drinking matcha with almond milk or green tea in the morning.
I pretty much try to stay under 800kcal, although I get really bad cravings sometimes and I want fast food, desserts, etc. But when I started taking vitamin and chromium supplements that kinda suppress my cravings (I am not qualified to advice you to take different supplements, it’s just what I take).

What should I eat?
This has been my main question when I am restricting and I always find myself binging after 🌟ving without eating a single thing.
Pinterest has helped me so much in finding great meal ideas under 100kcal and here are some of my tips when I am hungry.
It’s cliché but DRINK water or vitamin water. I prefer vitamin water since I don’t get enough vitamins anyway but a whole bottle has 50-100kcal.
Look at old pics when you were skinny or at your goal body/models.
Think of how much you have to workout to burn those calories and is it worth it. Five minutes of happiness or a day of regret?
Sleep. It gives you energy and it burns calories.
Read a chapter of a book, a magazine, watch a movie, or you fav show.
Do Duolingo lessons.
Workout for 45mins.
Drink more water.
Cook something for your family.
In general, keep yourself busy, do a puzzle, play a video game, clean your room, go for a walk, talk on the phone with friends, learn something, and after running out of options what to do, then I would reward myself with something to eat. :)
