Soo my shoulder just kinda slides sometimes? Like it decides to slip down out of place just a little bit and I don't really know what to do, other than jam it back in by leaning against a wall with that arm out really hard and i was wondering if u had recommendations for that

Slides out? Sounds like a torn ligament. Is it only one side? How long has this been happening and how did you previously injured that shoulder? Are you able to attempt to scratch your back with that shoulder either lower back or over head? Is there pain, limited or excessive motion while doing so?

I keep coming back to your shoulder impingement posts as a sort of pick me up that maybe one day I'll find a way to get pass mine. I've quit taekwondo, working and now I can barely study for school. Knowing that people have actually come back from this and professionals that k kw how to deal with it are the only thing are keeping me together. Random message but today's one of those day I needed to reread your post.
