Riding season is over, wrenching seasons begins: The work on the Mk5 project has resumed, after having been neglected during the summer months.

[t509speedtriple]

The 1000km roundtrip to the T509 meeting, organized by the good people of T5net.de, marked the end of the riding season. It was also the first long tour for my re-built T509 Mk4 resto-mod after months of tinkering with the ECU to develop the optimum engine mapping. The bike held up considerably better than its rider did at three degrees Celsius.
