Just a little thought...

Some days I'm good but it's the other days that weigh on my mind, causing me to become fixated with perfection and when this is unattainable it causes me to fall into a pit of anxiety and self loathing.

The sad thing is that I can't even help it and it makes me angry, you can teach yourself a new language if you want but how do you make those feelings go away... Is it just me?
