PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY BIRD!

To anyone that is Australian and in New South Wales, please reblog and share to help me, please I’m begging you. I live in Glenfield, by the Crossroads. My immediate neighbouring areas are Liverpool, Casula, and Prestons.

My cockatiel, Carmine, accidentally got out of the house after a startle from my dog. He went missing on 6th of April, 2016. He is only 2 years old and handraised, also tame and friendly and may approach or land on people.

HE IS UNCLIPPED AND IS FREEFLIGHTED, AS WELL AS BANDED

I am absolutely distraught and heartbroken, as he is a theraputic pet for me and I’ve barely been functional since he flew away. We did everything together so it’s impossible to not think of him, and my mental health has backslid a bit since his disappearance so I’m just doing my best to cope. The picture on the far right is the last photo I took of him, March 28th.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’ve called 10+ vets in my area, joined many sites for lost pets, even tried calling radio stations and have also been putting up posters and hand-delivering fliers in people’s mailboxes. I’ve done all I physically can, but you can help by sharing this post! If you know of anyone near my area that may have recently obtained a bird, please ask around or message me! Any lead is better than none!

Please help me get home!

On the 6th of April 2016, my 2 year old baby Carmine, flew away after a startle. I live in NSW, Australia, Glenfield Area.

I have made a post in hopes to spread the word and get him home safely. Please help me out and signal boost.

As he is a theraputic pet, I’m in quite a lot of distress and am doing my best to cope. It is difficult as my routine is completely thrown off, but I decided I’ll try and counter the backslide in mental health with doing art commissions to save funds for a cash reward on his safe return home. I’m finding it difficult to focus on any task for a long period of time given my circumstances, so I can only take one commission at a time and I ask for patience and understanding in the meantime.

My commission prices are listed here, and I am working on trying to get more up-to-date samples as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really just want to get my bird back home where he belongs.
