Do you beat yourself up for not being able to restrict "as well" as you used to? Or because in the past you were able to force yourself to work out obsessively and now you just can't? Or because you used to be the best liar ever and now you suck at it? Do you consider yourself a failure because right now you're struggling with intrusive thoughts but cannot bring yourself to perform the disordered behaviors that used to do the trick to keep your mind at some sort of ease? Do you sometimes feel like you were faking your ED all along because you don't look nor consistently act like you do struggle with an ED anymore? Do you consider yourself too big, too lazy, too indulgent, too weak to have an ED? Do you feel like you don't get to feel scared of food or gaining weight or losing control now that everyone assumes you're "fixed" and "healthy"?

I wanna be scary thin but I can’t even get normal thin.

I am really fucking disappointed of myself. I have been losing weight but yesterday I went to eat with my family. I only ate half of the burger so no big deal but I ate later an ice cream and like 6 cookies. I purged and exercised so today I was de same weigh, but I promised myself not eating anything sugary or carbs throughout the whole week but I failed. I felt pressured by my family to eat in the morning so I ate a lot of banana cake and then I went to a walk with my dad were I almost vomit because I was extremely full. I then vomit when I arrived home and kinda felt better but my stomach was feeling terrible and I definitely didn’t want to eat in all the day because I sill felt nauseous and full. But then my grandma invited me to eat lunch and I fucking binged. I ate a lot of pasta and then a lot of cookies. Only the cookies were 670 calories. But the pasta had mayonnaise and cheese so I’m extremely scared. My stomach is so bloated. I can’t do anything right. I wanna fucking kill myself. Now my family is super intense and are always insisting I eat. When I do I feel terrible and eat like crap. I literally was all the morning looking at post to motimate myself and I know I’m full and don’t need to eat but I still fucking do. I want to go back to school and be able to starve for 4 days or something.
