If you had to cast a Muppets adaption of Star Wars, who would you cast as who?

For example: Kermit as Obi-Wan, Miss piggy as Satine, Animale as Anakin, ect.

(You can do just a few characters, or you could recast a whole movie, don't feel pressured to recast the whole sagga 🤣.)

kermit would be wOLFFE (but like, kermit from the old show??? i mean, the kermit from the memes, THAT kermit) bc he's always super tired of life and 100% done with eVERYONE.

fozzie is rex, really, I think he's just a sweet soft loveable baby that just wants to do things Right™ and is kinda awkward and kinda makes you laugh bc he's funny but also Not? idk idk. also I wanna hug them both and tell them they're doing a great job ✌🏻😔

animal is wRECKER MY BABY. he's funny, he's wild, he loves destruction, everyone loves him????? that's wrecker right there.

gonzo is: EVERY CLONE. DONT FIGHT ME ON THIS. he's willing to do everything, I mean EVERYTHING, is it dangerous is it not could he get killed? HE DOESNT CARE. he will do what he must. just like my 3 million babies. also. he's funny and the clones are funny so they are the same alright don't @ me

doctor bunsen something (I don't remember his name?) he is Plo. listen. they are both very soft characters and very loveable and I want to hug them both alright.

rowlf the Dog™ is jesse, no reason in particular. i just love them so much and that's that.

rizzo the rat is jar jar, just because I want to punch them in the face.

sam the eagle is wolffe. THEY ARE THE SAME AJDHAKDHAJS. ALWAYS SO PISSED, DISAPPROVING EVERYTHING. OH THEY ARE REALLY THE SAME CHARACTER. always frowning, always making sure no one is laughing because he will shoot you in the face.

kermit is free so I guess uhhhhhhh, kermit is ahsoka, but the cool kermit, the kermit from the movies. just because they are both very cool and the Leaders™. COULD BE HUNTER TOO. no one knows what to do without him so yeh.

janice is obi wan because they are both such divas oh my god.

beaker is anakin because no one listens to him and no one understands him and just brush him off and tell him to fuck off. anakin just needs a hug, man.

4. mr clarke - goes to teach the muppets science

5. jonathan - goes for steve and also for fozzie’s stand up. fozzie is a funny guy what can he say

6. nancy - nancy only goes to make fun of fozzie and commit micro aggressions against the muppets

7. joyce - joyce goes bc rowlf gets her cigs for her and that’s the only reason

8. hopper - would rather die than walk into fozzie’s pub. frequently berates callahan for going (callahan goes to buy weed off of jonathan and smoke w steve)

9. kali - kali doesn’t have time for pub food OR fozzie’s stand up

kids:

1. dustin - wears a shirt that says “this guy LOVES the muppets”

2. el - she also loves the muppets and miss piggy teaches her karate (HIIIIIII YAH)

3. max - goes to support el

4. will - loves the muppets too but is fozzie’s fave customer. feels bad 4 the kid so he always has a virgin hot chocolate waiting for him there

5. mike - mike fucking hates the muppets because he’s stupid and annoying and he’s gonna be the first murder victim

ETA - i thought lucas was the first person on the kids list but anyway yeah i think lucas is #1 he acts rly cool like oh i’d NEVER go to fozzie’s pub but he goes like every day after school also to watch the entertainment

My top 10 favorite Muppets!!!

Not in order cuz I can’t rank them, also not just from the Muppet show, just anything from the wonderful Jim Henson company!!

1. Gonzo

He’s actually my absolute favorite, I always identified with him as a kid and I think he’s hilarious. What are you, Gonzo?? You’re Gonzo!!!!

2. Kermit obviously

Most likeable Muppet, he is the critical thinking skills and impulse control for all of the muppet show cast. The beginning scenes of Muppets from Space rlly show that

3. Grover!!

My fave Sesame Street character from when I was a kid.... he is wonderfully chaotic and I love that about him

4. Deet & Brea (The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance)

I can’t pit these two against each other because I love them so much.... Deet is so caring and sweet with a soft heart, and I really identify with her strangeness, and Brea is so smart and headstrong...... best main girls ever.. (also Deet can make bombs lol she rules)

5. Kylan (Dark Crystal again)

MY FAVORITE GELFLING EVER!!! One minute he’s “the Skeksis may rule the land but they do not rule my heart” and the next minute he’s like *shrieks* “You scared the SHIT out of me!!!!”

All of his songs are amazing. Stream till somethin better comes along.

I count these two as one muppet and I love them both. I promise I loved them before I found out Bill Hader voices UrGoh I PROMISE

7. Bear (Bear in the big blue fuckin house)

I watched a clip from this show today and nearly cried. He is so sweet and so nice and I love him.

9. Rizzo the Rat

He’s a fuckin rat bros. Also chaotic, and I love his relationship with Gonzo.... A Muppet Christmas Carol is my favorite xmas movie because of those two 🥺

INSANE ASS FUCKING MOUSE I LOVE HIM. MY FAVORITE BEAR CHARACTER BY FAR. ALWAYS SHOUTING AND SCREAMING!!!! He is a reminder that Bear in the Big Blue House is in fact a Jim Henson Company show.
