'the winchester story. it's always been a mystery. was it the hunt for evil that drew them together, or was it something more?' ie. heaven, and then young!john is asking young!mary if she ever heard of his dad (a legacy) then we see cas' entrance and she tells him her name like ohoh the legacy continues and angels are gonna play a part with the manipulation etc. so yeh ok you deankin smooth talkin cowboy jackles you have my fragile hope in your hands

#i mean...#spn prequel #thoughts #heaven #this would explain the 4x01 flashback in the trailer bc maybe dean discovers one or both of his parents met an angel in their youth #so he's thinking back on the first timehe met cas and voila cas flashback #angels #or maybe it's just bc angels screw around with his parents lives and he's reminded of who cas was when they met #a good little soldier. but cas changed. so maybe his parents met an angel(s) but maybe they weren't all dicks #or maybe just the presence of angels in his parents' story is enough to trigger memories Lord Huron style -#/take me back to the night we met../ ie. 4x01 bc i still think dean in this series is either in the empty world of 15x19 #or post-15x19 pre-15x20. in either case it's after he loses cas. oh.. maybe there'll even be reference of him trying to free cas?!#hopes are gettin high.. settle.. settle..
