The next stop on the duo's list of gift-giving had them arriving back in their own hometown. Mystery dashed across the empty street plowing away the blinding snow with incredible speed. He came to a halt in front of the building housing the supposed 'Devil Hunters' whom moved into town not too long ago. They still held their secrets but it wasn't as if Vivi would not make them feel welcomed, or cared about either especially on Christmas. She took her time retrieving the packages out of her bag of holding, setting them neatly in a row by their entrance. A doorbell rang inside the structure, but Vivi took off right after. No point making them see her dash away to their next destination!

The three boys would find a very large array of Japanese sweets and salty snacks all just for them. Hello Pandas, different sets of mochi, daifuku, takoyaki, various boxes of Pocky, and different flavored rice cake snacks. Lots of goodies for all three hunters, and she even set aside some wafers for the bird. That's if he ate anything.

A note was taped on top of the goodies addressed to all three, stamped with a blue snowflake and dog paw print.

'Merry Christmas boys! I hope you're taking some time off your 'work' and enjoying the holiday festivities. It's nice to have you troublemakers in town, even though it means I have to keep an eye on you both. You'll find some goodies in the envelope too!

P.S. Dante, I'm planning on three for three during our next battle. Get that throwing arm warmed up.'

Sure enough, there were three patches tucked inside the envelope with the Mystery Skulls logo as the design.

Despite them trying to figure out what is going on with this strange town, they we're quite grateful to have a break for a day. Dante and the gang did not have the time to react to find out who, but of course they figured out after reading the note. The legendary demon hunter turns at the two with a grin while the other two didn't really want to be part of it at all. Nico just barges in to get their asses back inside since the cold was seeping into the house/shop. Nico's reputation of fixing weapons and even cars we're keeping the cash flow for the place despite the guys help out with the bills as well. It was rather a rough year and their main mission still stands and it was getting frustrating for them. "Well....Christmas came in early today.” He didn't hesitate to eat some strawberry pocky which he really enjoyed a lot! This was going to be another favorite snack to treat himself. While Nero and V are enjoying the other treats like rice cakes and mochi. Griffon was actually enjoying the wafers even if he does tease Mystery from time to time. Overall, this was an immense treat for them and they really want to treat the two back somehow in return.

Dante and the others are not letting the grey fae enter in so they’re just filling up pure iron scraps thanks to Nico’s workshop.
