Peculiar Flag

The colors of the flag represent all the books in the peculiarverse. These are the colors of the covers of each book and the symbols that represent each series. The green line in the middle represents the tales, and the museum is included in the black part.

I've been wanting to develop this idea for years, I hope you like it💜

The idea of Ymbrynes displaying avian traits specific to their bird form is absolutely hilarious to me. Owl ymbrynes who are always up late, corvids who love to collect trinkets, shrikes whose favorite food are kebabs, parrots who have a habit of repeating words, a kookaburra who has a very distinctive laugh, etc etc!! It’s a HC that I think adds a whole new layer of character depth and I think makes the ymbrynes seem just a bit more human :)

I feel like the climax of the desolations of devil’s acre would have been better if the prophecy was about the main character himself and not the side character

like imagine jacob was not just the descendant of the librarian, but the legit reincarnation of the ancient librarian, and instead of becoming a hollowgast, he gets to have a true form that resembles a gigantic hollowgast because ultra-ancient peculiars resembled hollowgast and the hollows look like that because they essentially defaulted to a corrupt version of the ancient peculiars

My interpretation of hollowgast

Hello all! This is sorta how I picture the hollows in my brain. Ofc each one is different (like real-life people and animals), but this gets the main point across^^ I also like to include the really tiny tentacles like they had in the movie, even though they weren’t in the book as I, frankly, think it looks cool!! This specific hollow is of my oc before she became a wight^^
