had to laugh out loud at the comparison between Kokichi and Teruteru. Are you for fucking real. nuclear bomb vs coughing baby of character depth

Like I will give credit, Tetuteru does have interesting character details I like exploring, his connection to his mom and sweet and there’s definitely other fascinating tidbits about his home life and upbringing, the problem is like 90% of it is in his free time events, like he has a very sympathetic motive but we barely get any time with it in game.

Which like, who is doing his free time events in the time he’s alive? Who is looking at this cast of characters and not picking anyone else. Teruteru’s interesting bits and reasons to care about him as anything more then just a frustrating perv character requires you to actually seek him out, which means everyone who is frustrated at the perv character will not do that. Especially because since he dies so fast it’s impossible to really get them all requiring bonus mode.

Meanwhile Kokichi is alive through like 90% of the game, you will learn about Kokichi, you have no choice in the matter. Which gives him a massive advantage over characters like Teruteru, it’s also what gives Miu such an advantage, they’re simply just around longer and don’t require you to actively go out of your way

keep in mind I HAVE NOT PLAYED THE GAME, nor watched a playthrough (because where's the fun in that,) so my information is somewhat limited

his relationship with everyone he ever had a chance at being friends with, shattered, because of motivations that weren't his own

having to cope with the memories of his sister and being too scared to talk to anyone because. they already know everything, because it was all on camera. it was all public. but it wasn't real. so why does it still hurt?

It took a while that's why I haven't posted any videos (but don't worry, I have plans for at least three of those as well as a short comic), even so it was worth it.

It was really fun to design these, I recommend doing these little desings while on art block, it helped me a ton. Of course they were messy at first but you can polish them up later

Of course I can't just leave my precious survivours out of it, they deserve a dress up too;

{Hey, sorry for the long wait, but it took a while for me to take care of all my personal issues, but for the next few weeks, I have a lot more time on my hands, so I figured I had to get a lot of things completed before things started getting busy again. This was one of them.]
