I run a Precure fanart sharing Weibo group for Twitter since it's blocked in China, and looking through that blog you got that anon about, a lot of the art on there is from people who I have personally reached out to in the past and have been told they do not allow any type of redistribution, even with the appropriate credits. A few examples of artists I saw there who are on the no repost list just from a brief look: kyoutsuugengo, memo_flora, hanamaru_hnkc, may_ena_ (allows use for icons and headers but not full reposting), rua_pc22, tayura0517. These artists do not allow redistribution, so the fact that these are being posted, even with a link to the original post, is being done so without permission from the original artist, unfortunately :(

pretending they have permission to reupload art when they don't is the lowest of the low, i'm pissed as hell

i queued up a bunch of their posts already so this is going to be a headache and a half but as I promised, they are getting purged from my blog and i'm going to click that block button extra hard for good measure
