po wasn’t on good terms with many of his exes. he had a habit of making people feel very special for a short period of time, and then getting bored and moving on. thankfully some of them, like bo, he could still call a friend. or, at least, he hoped he could still call bo a friend. otherwise, phoenix showing up at ian’s hospital room with two bags of takeout for his ex and his new boyfriend would be a little weird. he knocked gently on the door, trying not to disturb them too much. “bo? i brought food.” he called softly, flashing a soft smile.
