living FROM the end & shifting.

you often hear the term "living in the end" in law of assumption ; referring to the idea of living in a state where you've successfully gained your desire but i personally believe that living from the end is the key to putting your dr off a pedastal and viewing yourself as someone who can shift to wherever you wish . . . but what is the difference ?
there isn't that large of a difference between the two when you first look at it...there's just a difference in the prepositions being used. but when you look a bit deeper you'd notice a larger difference between the two.
living IN the end refers to living in a state where you feel your wish is fulfilled (ie : i'm becoming a master shifter turns into im now a master shifter) but living FROM the end refers to living in a state where your starting point was you having your wish fulfilled (ie : im now a master shifter turns into i've always been one, i'm not "now" a master shifter - i have always been one.) instead of you becoming a master shifter or finally gaining your desire β€” you've always had it.
in simple terms, when you live in the end - you've "earned" your desire and you're simply living in a state where you've earned that desire but if you live from the end - you never earned whatever you wanted...you always had it , there was no progress or process to getting it.
but how does that tie to shifting specifically ?
when it comes to shifting, the main thing people struggle with is the idea of actually shifting to other realities because it sounds utopian and even if you do believe it...it's scary. you've never been aware of it so who knows what could happen, you're quite literally stepping into the unknown. now if you were to live in the end, you'd be able to battle part of this issue β€” being able to understand that you've become a master shifter and someone who can shift effortlessly BUT living from the end will mean that you'd be in a state where you've always been someone who can shift effortlessly.
you didn't gain the ability, you didn't wait for it, you didn't earn it : you've always had it , even if you were unaware.
so you'd have to think as someone who didn't "earn" the ability but have always had that ability, and someone who were able to shift to multiple realities flawlessly obviously wouldn't be that worried. they'd plan where to go, do their method and bam they'd be in whichever reality they'd plan to go to. but more importantly, a master shifter wouldn't stress about where the universe or where their consciousness would lead them to. they wouldn't worry if they shifted to a random reality unintentionally, they'd just shift back. they'd trust themself.
do you trust yourself? if you were randomly put in a waiting room and something didn't go to plan (you'd be safe of course) β€” would you still trust yourself? and be honest with yourself too.
now, do you need to have 100% trust in yourself to shift ? . . . no not really. - my first shift was during a time where i'd trust angel numbers more than myself and to make it worse it was the 2020 dracotok shifttok era too BUT having this understanding and this trust will save you from shifting and then being stuck in a slump. a lot of people assume that when you first shift you'll unlock this huge magical power when no, you'll most likely be back to square one UNLESS you have some form of self-trust.
because you'll always view other shifters as better, even if you have shifted before...someone out there probably shifted 50 times in a week β€” you will compare yourself because you don't live from the end, you don't start from a point where you know and trust that you are someone who has shifted forever and instead live in a state where you look down on yourself.
you aren't a "rookie" to shifting. live from the end, and whats the end? someone who has shifted for eons, with no stress or worry. go through your journey by living from the end and you'll see how much it'll positively affect your self-concept.

whether it's the void state or just guided meditations ; it seems like meditating is a pretty helpful thing to learn when wanting to shift/meditate. for some, they shift instantly and for others it helps them sleep better but noone ever really explains how to meditate so here's my attempt at a beginner's guide as someone who uses meditation 24/7 !
in my eyes, meditation is not only helpful for manifestation or shifting but is also just a good way to unwind after a really long day - it can be a bit scary if you aren't used to it so don't worry if you're a bit intimidated ~
as a disclaimer, i will say that meditation is all based on what works for you and what you can personally handle ! for some, they meditate for hours and for others they do 5 minute sessions - figure out what works for you and stick with it !
1. clearing your mind
this isn't a needed step but it's something that helped me a lot when i was first starting meditating and that's clearing your mind a bit before you start. you can listen to music or even watch a show, just relax a bit beforehand and don't think about anything that would cause you stress. my way of doing this is i usually write down what i want to achieve during the meditation first (am i shifting? am i just meditating to relax? am i planning on meditating and then sleeping afterwards?) and then listen to music to relax and address any thoughts or things that i feel like would distract me whilst meditating (ie : overdue assignments).
11. choosing ur method
do you like listening to music peacefully, can you focus well with it? β€” make a playlist of songs that you can meditate to. are you better at following instructions and can focus better on that? β€” find a guided meditation (personal tip ; go with a shorter one first that is just for the sake of meditation so you can get used to it). you can choose ambience, white noise or even just listen to nothing ! it's all based on what works for you ; if you don't know what works for you, test out different methods.
111. focus !!!
something that seems to be the hardest for most people is focusing, having to sit down or lay down in a position and focus can be a bit hard BUT one way of making it easier is some basic breathing exercises & i'm not talking about the ones where you hold your breathe for 20 seconds - i'm talking about the ones where you simply take deep breaths. spend as long as you wish, allowing yourself to relax until you feel like you're calm enough and then jump into what you're meditating for. for example , lets say you're meditating to manifest a day off school :
if you dont feel calm, take a few deep breaths until you feel a bit emptyheaded & allow yourself to get comfortable in that space (comfort is key !!!)
focus on wanting your day off & live in the end in whatever way you prefer (visualisation, affirmations etc) for as long as you wish !
you can drift away from your thoughts here and there and that's okay ! just don't panic and go back to focusing as you wish
remember that there's not one way of focusing , go with what vibes with you !
1111. don't think of time
now that you're focusing on what you're manifesting for, you may be thinking "how long has it been? am i on track?" β€” rather than worrying about the time, don't even think that time exists. allow yourself to live in a timeless space, it doesn't matter if it's been 5 minutes or 5 hours β€” time doesn't exist.
v. enjoy it
for whatever reason you're manifesting for, enjoy it. don't turn it into a stressful task, don't worry if you're doing it the "wrong" way β€” enjoy yourself & allow yourself to meditate. you cannot meditate wrong, so don't worry about that possibility and unwind.
EXTRA TIPS :
β™‘ if you're worrying about being disrupted during the meditation, meditate early in the morning/late at night
β˜† scared of getting muscle cramps from lying down a certain way? do some stretches beforehand !
β™‘ struggle to be still for a set amount of time ? choose a repetitive motion and use that to replace being still (i personally rock side to side a lot, it won't make it harder for you to meditate)

having trouble with manifesting physical results?

when it comes to manifestation, i feel like everyone acts like theres a limit and usually that limit revolves around physical changes. "you cant lose weight unless you work out AND listen to subliminals, you have to put in the work!!!" β€” what if i were to tell you that you can manifest literally any physical change without even moving? you probably wouldnt believe me because of the idea that you need to "work" to earn something...and yet with all of the physical changes i've manifested, i havent "worked" for anything. how? here's a little list of the rules i stick by !
1. SHAMELESSNESS IS KEY!
i'm someone who gets embarrassed very easily, over the smallest things but when it comes to manifesting anything...you gotta be shameless. yes i am waking up with a BBL and a 2-inch waist, what about it. you can pull up to my house, with scientific evidence of how thats not possible but idc cuz its happening. infact, it ALREADY happened "but you look the same" idc it still happened. like literally, no matter what its happening and its happened and it will happen ; whether it be past future or present point is ITS THERE.
2. YOU ARE ENERGY, NOT YOUR BODY
this ones a bit hard to word out but essentially, your physical body doesnt make up what you are. meaning, you can view yourself as this ball of energy that can be stretched and pulled out and morphed into everything and anything.
so lets say you want a symmetrical face :
1. dont go overanalysing your face, just sit down & take it easy
2. think of how your symmetrical face that youve always had. i mean you could honestly be a model, your facial structure is amazing. and just allow yourself to sink into those thoughts, whether its through you repeating affirmations or through subliminals β€” let it all sink in that your face is symmetrical. having doubtful thoughts? let them fly past, dont cling onto them. just allow yourself to sink deeper into the fact that your face is perfectly symmetrical.
3. acknowledge it and live with it. dont go eyeing your mirror and reflection every 2 seconds, dont go panicking and repeating affirmations nonstop and stressing...just acknowledge it and go on with your day.
^ its that easy. you dont need to even see your physical body morphing into it, the point is that you are able to morph and change into whatever you wish because you are not limited to your physical body.
3. NO OVERCOMPLICATIONS
you dont need to do a 40 minute workout to make sure you get results, you dont need to drink 3L of water, you dont need to write down 500 affirmations, you dont need to do a 20step skincare routine if you want to make sure you get clear skin...if you want to do these things, do them as much as you wish to. do you have to? no.
when i was younger, i got a bad injury and because of that one of my cheekbones were larger than the other β€” through manifestation they look identical now. like as in, if i were to tell you the injury i got into and said "my cheekbone was larger and there was a huge line under it" youd think i was making it up (sidenote : i had to show someone my passport photo from when i was like 8 to prove that i had that injury 😭 CUZ THEY DIDNT BELIEVE ME.) and mind you, i didnt even have a routine - my routine was literally just playing cute subliminals , vibing to the music and then going to sleep. i promise you, you dont need to do any form of "work" to get what you desire.
4. GO WITH YOUR GUT
probably the most important thing i stick by, i always go with my gut. meaning, if i feel like i can listen to a 5 second subliminal and i got it - i leave it there. i dont force anything, i dont push myself into anything and i dont do anything that someone else does if it doesnt vibe well with me. (this also means if youre reading this and going "this doesnt really work with me" - thatll be better than you forcing yourself to follow these rules just because these have worked for me). you need to always remember that when it comes to manifesting things, your preference comes first. so, if you wanna run 5 miles and that helps you believe that you have gotten your desires - do it.
5. DONT LET OTHERS GET TO YOU
if youre minding your business and youre talking abt your desires and someone goes "erm...πŸ€“πŸ‘†πŸ½ thats...not possible" - instead of secondguessing yourself literally ignore them. the concept of whats possible and whats real all boils down to what you BELIEVE is possible/real. the only reason something could not be possible or not be real is you believe it isnt, or you letting someone else who doesnt believe in it take over your beliefs (obviously this specifically applies to manifestation and not things that are tied to disorders or any form of unhealthy thinking. dont take my words out of this context.)

and thats all ! obviously i have other parts of my mindset that arent mentioned here that help me manifest faster and easier but it would take too long for me to get into everything </3 but consider these my 5 golden rules that will hopefully help anyone whos struggling with physical results.
