No, not the 3D you silly, I'm talking about your REAL you; the 4D you! this is a manifestation challenge to strengthen ur mind and ur mastery of manifestation. its mainly an affirmations challenge so if ur into that kind of stuff then great, but if any of this feels limiting to u then just take what resonates and leave the rest.

THE CHALLENGE OBJECTIVE ;
the objective of this challenge as mentioned before is to strengthen ur mind and to simplify manifestation for u, by building up ur repetition and persistence game just as though u were building up a muscle.
GETTING UR REPS IN ;
i want u to download an affirmations counter app where u can keep track of how much u consciously affirm. choose a set amount of affirmations that would equal a rep and keep track of how many reps u do daily.
set a goal for a minimum amount of reps that u wanna do in that day and see if u can meet those goals/exceed them. for me, 100 affs were equal to 1 rep.
MENTAL DIET ASPECT ;
if ur into body building at all u know that its not only the reps that u do that get u the physique u want, but also the diet so lets talk mental diet.

the strictness of ur mental diet all depends on u and ur circumstances and capacities so take my word with a grain of salt but me personally, i recommend a stricter mental diet.
i've already gone in depth about mental diets in this post right here so if u haven't already read that i recommend u should. for this challenge tho i recommend a strict mental diet and consciousness towards ur thoughts.
THE THOUGHT BEHIND THIS CHALLENGE ;
the idea behind this challenge is just to simplify manifestation bcuz a lot of the time we overcomplicate it for ourselves or we consume content that does so when in reality the easiest thing to do (at least in my experience) is to affirm.
i got inspiration for this post from @esotericc-angel's post about the easiest way to manifest and it rly encouraged me so i recommend reading that post and doing this challenge. i'd love if u reblogged this post with results from the challenge to encourage and uplift others in the loa community and as always, HAPPY MANIFESTING GIRLIES ✨

🍓REALISE THAT LIFE IS A IMAGINATION.
You going to your job. Your job is your bosses imagination. He imagined a company that he wanted to create and then he put it into physical realm. So you are basically working towards your bosses imagination.
Countries are not real. We all collectively imagine a border but it's not real. It's all earth. Everything is earth but we imagine that those countries are separated.
Money is also imagination. It's just a piece of paper. We imagine that the amount of money in our bank is worth that much but it isn't. If tomorrow a big corporation says that the money in your account isn't worth that much or the money isn't in use anymore . It's not.
All this means that we all are living in a imagination. A dream . A game . Matrix. Whatver you want to call it.
We imagine everything we do. We imagine our future and dwell in our past which also doesn't exist. Future and past doesn't exist. Only this moment exists.
🎀REALISE THAT YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR IMAGINATION.
We can create this imagination or dream however we want it to be.
🍓QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF
How do I want to create my game , my dream ?
How do I want my imagination to look like ?
Who do I allow into my imaginations ?
How do I behave ? Who am I? What does my character look like ?
🎀BEING A VICTIM MAKES YOU FEEL SAFE
Being a victim is the most comfortable thing because you don't have to do much. Your life is a circle. Everything just keeps moving in the same way , in the same circle. But this is comfortable for you. Why ? Because you know what is going in happen in the circle. You don't have to take risks. You don't have to deal with different people.
🍓CHANGING YOUR LIFE AND STOP BLAMING OTHERS
To take a leap of faith , you need to be brave. It takes guts. Everyone wants to blame everyone . At the end you will be left no one to blame but yourself. Your life is shit because of you. People don't care about your victim mentality. You know when they care ? When you get out of it. When your life becomes a success story. David Goggins is not David Goggins without his success. No one would care if he was the same guy before.
🎀YOUR LIFE WILL ONLY CHANGE IF YOU CHANGE
Everyone moves on and you will be left behind. NO ONE IS GOING TO SAVE YOU. WHY ? BECAUSE NO ONE CAN SAVE YOU. The only person that can save you is you. No one is going to make you change.
🍓GROWTH IS : 2 STEPS FORWARD AND 1 STEP BACK.
Everytime you learn something,it's one step forward because you have more knowledge but if you put it into practice, you will be 1 step back because you are not used to it. You still have to continue. If you feel uncomfortable and give up, you will be right back where you started. Stop abusing yourself by being in the same circle that you don't like. Stop abusing yourself by being the same person that you don't like. Look in the mirror , we don't have anyone to blame. As a victim it's easy to run away and be like " I tried I tried", You didn't try and you didn't try hard enough . Try again . Try again until you get there.
🎀REALISE THAT YOU ARE ADDICTED TO DRAMA.
Alot of people when they come out of abusive household , later they will think that it's too peaceful . They will start to attract people that will give them that toxicity again because this is the only thing they knew. Realize that you are the creator of that drama though. You can choose to have a peaceful life. You can choose to have peaceful people around . If you can't find peaceful people , just be peaceful on your own for a while until you find someone that makes you feel peaceful.
Stop creating drama when it was never meant for you. Stop involving yourself in things that were never meant for you. Stop watching things that are so dramatic.
🍓REALISE THAT YOU HAVE CONTROL.
You have control who comes into your life , you have control about who you date . You have control about what you watch , listen to , what you read. You have control over what you put in your mind. Your mind isn't a dustbin.
If you decide to open the news and it's all negative and now your day is bad. Don't blame the news. Blame your eyes and blame your hands for putting that on.
🎀ASK YOURSELF : WHY DO I ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN ?
"My friend , partner is toxic". Why don't you start looking at why you allow them in ? Don't you have control over who I allow into my life? Why don't you ask yourself ? What is it in you that you don't feel worthy enough of having people that actually respect me ?
🍓WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO FIX YOUR LIFE ?
What part are you playing in life ? You can cry all day about being overweight or underweight . Are you doing something to fix that or are you just crying all day ? What are you doing to fix your life?
🎀WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING BADLY YOU WILL FIND A WAY
When something wants something badly , they will get it done anyway.
🍓GO FROM COMPLAINING TO GRATITUDE
Turn your mindset around. Set your mind on a plan and focus on it . The more you start going from complaining to gratitude, the more your life will change. If you constantly focus on what isn't there instead of what it is , you create more of that.
🎀REALISE HOW PRIVILEGED YOU ARE
You are privileged and you want to talk about people in North Korea. They won't be able to see liz video or read this post since they don't have access to internet but you do.
🍓WE NEED THE GOOD AND BAD TO KEEP THE WORLD IN BALANCE.
This is how the world works.
🎀PAST AND FUTURE DONT EXIST
Accept your past and start working on yourself. It doesn't exist. You only have now. Don't dwell on the future. What are you doing now ? How you are now will determine your future and not the other way around.
🍓RECOGNISE THE WAYS YOU SABOTAGE YOURSELF.
Everytime something good comes into your life. Do you ruin it ? What in life are you doing that sabotages you ? You have to ask yourself these things.
🎀START TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BEHAVIOUR
It's not fair what happened to you but whatver I do with it next , it's on you.
🍓TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST IS THE MOST SELFLESS ACT
If you don't take care of yourself , you can't show up as the best mother , daughter, employee or boss. You don't feel good . You are depleted and depressed. If you want to perform the best you want to be for others , then you should think about you first and nurturing you first so you are happy. If you don't feel good in your life , it's okay to take a step back from everyone and focus on nurturing you . Put yourself first . No is coming to take care of you.
🎀YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING YOU DESIRE
You deserve everything you want and you can get once you set your mind to it. Stop taking advice from people that you don't want to share lives with ,these people are miserable themselves.

𐙚₊˚ personally i love being alive so much, i love allowing myself to be happy in this life. i love the opportunities i get daily just by being alive. i love being myself and knowing the people i know
i spent the first 20 years of my life suffering and expecting the worst, of myself, of others and the world that surrounded me and one day (two years after finding out about the law) i realized just how useless it was. if i created my own reality why the hell would i keep living in one where i was being constantly tormented? i did it all and i mean ALL every method, every affirmation, ive written letters and burnt them. ive spoken to the universe crying at night and in the morning, ive drank moon water, ive lit candles, ive affirmed, ive shadow worked for months over traumas i didnt even know i carried
ive built my perspective from zero. and now im on the other side of that tunnel, so excited to be alive, excited to create and learn i want to read it all, learn it all and i know ive got the time, and i am so thankful because i can truly do it all and have it all.
and i wish this reaches everybody who needs to read it because you are as worthy of having it all as anybody else would be. because the sooner you decide your life is magical the sooner you realize it truly actually is worth living

TECHNIQUES DONT MANIFEST. YOU DO.
I feel like I have seen like enough people talk about the void state and debunk it on my feed. I'm quite certain they are tired of saying "stop putting void state on a pedestal it's just a fucking technique" and you know what? I feel tired for them too atp 😭. (NO seriously I understand)
And this holds true for any and every technique.
I need all of you to stop thinking that techniques are the only way you can manifest.
Guess what? They're not.
Techniques are a way for you to infuse your desired reality into your subconscious. Same as affirmations.
STOP PUTTING THE DAMN TECHNIQUES ON A PEDESTAL!!!!!
I mean like I'm really so so tired. You don't NEED to get into the void state to manifest, like God it's not the only way!!!
See the thing is you guys make these techniques a bigger deal than they actually should be, freak out over them and then end up making it a chore, take the fun out of it and then create limiting beliefs. And that is literally the opposite of the whole point of doing it in the first place.
If a technique doesn't provide you joy, u don't need to use it periodt.
Find the techniques that make you feel happy, that REDUCE your limiting beliefs instead. Just cause everybody else is, it doesn't mean you need to.

How to Deal with the 3D
This is kinda random but think about the moon. We see the moon every night and we believe it to be real because there is evidence that proves that the moon exists. We can look out the window and see it.
With manifestation you need to let go of needing evidence that you have your desires.
You simply have your desires because you decided that. Even if you look in the mirror and you don’t see your desired appearance doesn’t mean you don’t have it. Even if there is no physical evidence that proves that you have your desire doesn’t mean that you’re lying to yourself.
If you’re able to imagine yourself with your desires that is all the evidence you need. You don’t need the 3D to show that you have something.
If you affirm that you have your desires then you have it.
As for time. Instead of counting the days it’s been since you been trying to manifest something. You should see it as how long it’s been since you got your desires.
For example instead of “It has been 6 months and I am still waiting.”
Say: “It’s been 6 months since I manifested (your desire).”
Quick reminder: time doesn’t matter.
What you focus on is what you will get more of. If you focus on waiting then you will continue waiting.
If you focus on having it now. Then you will feel like you have it now and it won’t feel like a waiting game.
You can let the 3D decide if you have your desires.
Or
you can let YOU decide if you have your desires.
Naturally the 3D will conform. You just need to experience your desires in imagination.

The one life advice I can give is to believe that you will get what you’re looking for. You’ll get the the house and the money, the friend, the social dynamic/interactions, the material things etc..
For me, I define belief as ‘a story that you keep telling’.
I make it a daily habit to ask myself, “Do I believe that ?” with the noise that goes on in my head.
And I’m basically asking myself: are you going to continue telling that story? Are you going to continue claiming that reality until it comes true?
If it’s not in front of you and it’s making you feel bad, question if you want to believe it.

My skin is just so clear and beautiful, I can't help staring and feeling it. I am just in awe at how wonderfully blessed I am to be born with such perfect ideal skin. It is so gorgeously smooth, and while its firmness keeps me looking young and perfect, it is still supple and has a slight bounce to the touch.
I mean my skin is so perfect some friends ask me what brand of skin care I use to get my skin so even and glowing like it does, but truth be told.. genetics and positive assumptions about myself I guess😭?? I've never had any reason to use skin products because my skin has always been naturally flawless, and ive never had any reason to doubt myself because literally look at me- i am the proof. That's just my nature. But every now and then, I'll get gifted high-quality skin korean care sets and expensive most wanted skin moisturisers with the most delicious and entising scents by my mum "just in case" but also because the process is fun😋
It's also so fun being able to eat whatever I want without ever having to worry about my skin because nothing could ever affect its perfectness. I just eat what I want, and the after-effects are like a couple of crumbs on my lips and still looking pretty😭
But some people do be jealous tho🙄. "There is no way she can eat what she likes and still look that good" one says and "what about the acne? Has she even gotten a spot once?" another says. And it's even better when I post pictures or videos cus haters really be out here doing there best to convince themselves and everyone around them (like the clowns they are) that skin is impossible to look that perfect and it HAS to be makeup or it HAS to be a filter or she MUST have gotten some surgery of a kind and they all couldn't be more wrong lmao. I just be existing and nothing else and i am just that naturally radiant😂

I've had people pointing out how dewy and golden like my skin is like all my life and I never even thought about it until now. Well, I kind of always knew that I have the most gorgeous, jaw dropping skin colour that ranged between a deep caramel tan in the light and like a golden brown in the dark; I've even been accused of bleaching my skin to get a lighter tone once but how would that even make any sense when my tone changes slightly due to lighting?😭😭 But anyway other than that one person I've been getting remarkable amounts of compliments both in person and on social media about how glorious my skin colour looks. It's kind of overwhelming but ive been fighting though it.

— Glittery skin when I sweat
I have a rare phenomenon that only 0.0001 in the entire human population have, with my skin where if I am to sweat, my skin will have a light glittery coat. Scientists have recently come to find out that the glittery coat left behind by the sweat is a natural skin protecting barrier. This is incredibly useful for preventing skin problems like rashes, strawberry skin, and uneven skin texture. Scientists have not found a name for this yet (im scientists and don't know what to call it)
— ♡Shaped Dimple
Another rare phenomenon for people to get is dimples. Only 0.01 of the entire human population have dimples, and an even smaller number of people (me) have a heart-shaped dimple. There is nothing scientific about this tho, it's just fun to look at
— Beauty marks / moles
I have a couple of cute beauty marks on my body and face. Also somewhat rare, somewhat not lol. Nothing more to add😊

I love being so ethereal. My face is literally so precious and my mind is so powerful, like? I have a angelic messiah vibe everyone loves. I love how they always say stuff like "you inspire me" and "you must be an angel, there's no way you're real". I am and I am seen as an inspiration. I am a symbol of hope, love and divinity. My eyes and my sweet voice can melt the coldest heart, what can I say? I can't help but shine brighter than the sun. My speech is so powerful like God's word, because I am the god of my reality. Everything I say is commandments for others, I'm always treated as a divinity. My presence is a blessing for everyone else. Why? Because I own this world, I have complete control over it and I was born and destined to live a perfect, ideal life. My perfect image is indestructible, I have an extreme Halo effect and I'll always be seen as the perfect being I am!

This is inspired from Glow up blueprint video by Dear peachie. Dear peachie will help you to achieve the ultimate physical glow up
.First of all, get to know your features. People who have facial features with accurate facial proportions , stronger symmetry ,brighter colours , defined lines look better in the static image whereas disproportionate facial ratio , poor symmetry , dull complexion , uneven structures can affect how one looks in static image.
Look at the glow up pyramid. Every level is interrelated to each other and is equally important . The elements at each level serves as the foundation which steps towards a higher level. The overall aspects may get affected if insufficient attention are given to fundamental levels.

Celebrities always appear gorgeous and sophiscated because they play attention they have invested a fortune and massive efforts in the detail that ordinary people never thought of.
There is a Chinese sayings which says one can recognize a beauty from 10 meters away. From a 10 meters distance, we cannot see the beauty looks like , her facial features and make up is blurry. However , we can see her body shape , posture , hair , clothing style. If we maintain 2 to 5 meter social distance , the focus point is skin , face shape and overall proportions. Body type , posture , clothing , hair , skin , face shape and overall proportion forms the impression of the body.
( A) Skin
- maintain a balanced diet
- good quality of sleep.
- stay hydrated lol ( common advice but it works )
- avoid smoking and eating too much sugary foods.
- Build a skin care routine which suits you the best.
- Visit a dermatologist regularly.
- Rub ice on face
- Do facial yoga
- Less is more
- The most simple way - just affirm that you have clear skin .

- Workout !
- Maintain a healthy diet , don't starve yourself please !
- We can enhance our body proportions by wearing clothes which suit our body type.
- Love your body , don't abuse it by starving yourself or criticising it.
( C ) Posture
- You can do exercises to get a good posture.
- Try to maintain a good posture even if you are doing your daily tasks.
- Walk with a good posture , you will appear more graceful and elegant.
(D) Hairstyle
- Hairstyle is a great way to express oneself. You can choose different hairstyles which suit you.
- Healthy and beautiful hair can enhance your appearance so give some time to yourself and do hair care .
- A suitable hairstyle can draw visual attention towards your best features. For example : Long face framing bangs reduce impression of high cheek bones.

- Get to know your body type and dress up according to your body type.

- Watch good content. You are what you consume. You have control over it. Don't watch videos which are full of drama and negativity . Watch productive and educational videos.
- Meditate ! You will become more mindful and self- aware.
- Become selfish! No , don't use people for your own benefit but put yourself first. Posts you should read to understand it better ! - click me , click me !!
- STOP BEING A VICTIM ! YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR REALITY !!! YOU CONTROL YOUR REALITY , NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND !!!!
- Don't seek validation from others , don't listen to other's opinions . Others opinions are irrelevant.
- Watch documentaries. Read books .
- Cut off toxic people ! This is so important. If someone drains you , puts you down , always nitpicking or complaining about you or other things . Distance yourself. It doesn't matter if you know them in real life or if it's online friendship. It doesn't matter if you knew them for a decade .
- You don't need to share everything with your Close friends.
- Say affirmations out aloud while doing skin care infront of mirror or in your mind.
- Act like the person you want to become.
- Don't chase , attract
- Know you are the main character.
- Don't allow others to use you or treat you like a doormat.
- Be more organized.
- Don't compare yourself with others.
- Don't depend on others for your happiness .
- Journal.
- Try shadow work
- Have hobbies

Hello I'm new to loa and what is revision? Ik it's changing past but how do we do it?
Revision in general is the revision of your own reality. It is the revision of your experience. In other words, it is the revision of your thoughts which manifest as your reality. This implies that you can take any experience and revise it to be how you want it to be.
Past revision is revising your past experience. You can take any situation or experience from your past and revise it to be the way you would have wanted it to happen. This can involve changing the way you experienced the situation or even changing the events that unfolded. It is a powerful tool that allows you to change your past memories and beliefs about a situation. Through revision, you have the ability to shape your past experiences in a way which is most conducive to your present state of being.
You can you this by
First, you need to recall the experience you want to revise.
Second, imagine or visualize the experience occurring the way you wanted it to, creating positive emotion associated with that experience.
Third, write down this experience in as much detail as possible, imagining that the events happening in the revision are happening in the current moment.
Fourth, read this revised version over and over again until the feelings associated with the new version become predominant over the old version.
Finally, commit to this new story by living in the reality where the desired event has occurred.

Ugh I'm gonna miss you, but how did you manifest A's last semester!?!?
I honestly just told myself I had A's, and since I didn't know how to visualize it I used inspect element to change my empty grade boxes to all A's and screenshotted and looked at it every day to remind myself I have A's. Heres my current one.
I go to a big state university where you can search my schedule up lol.
