The development plan of Imamzadeh Hossein Qazvin, a religious site, was introduced many years ago but never came to fruition, and the municipality began buying and demolishing houses in the ancient neighborhood four years ago, and these homes were bought at low prices. And people had to go to the suburbs to live. Citizens' insecurity, theft and rally of addicts and rubbish are currently being imposed on residents of the country's fourth spiritual center and one of Qazvin most prestigious neighborhoods.
