actually i don’t want to even entertain the idea that howland reed or bran or anyone not ned stark’s ghost will reveal the big truth to jon snow. this is a fantasy series so yes a more fantastical reveal is possible, and, frankly, i don’t want mr. been missing from the main story to chill at greywater watch to show up randomly and spill the beans nor do i want bran to hijack a storyline central to jon snow.

leave your logic behind because a man is about to rise from the dead therefore it is 100% possible that jon snow learns the truth from another damn deadman who’s haunting the crypts jon’s had some really interesting prophetic dreams about <3

also, jon can’t have a stone to dragon moment unless he knows he’s a dragon when he’s resurrected. and what’s more interesting and impactful?:

1. jon dies and stays in ghost and nothing happens until other people do the work for him and bring him back from the dead and he still knows nothing

2. shit gets real real fast and jon is a much more active participant in his own story and actually finds out the truth by himself by forcing it out of dead ned (and maybe meets his mother) and does some crazy shit to get himself out of the other realm and back to the land of the living and therefore he actually knows the truth when he comes back and therefore parallels dany’s own ‘waking dragons from stone’ moment?
