A fine mess this had all turned out to be ━ the loss of the Mountain Villa and plenty of PLF members to boot. Like Hawks said they would, those damn heroes came for them with everything they had. Though it wasn't near enough, the damages were pretty substantial, and the battle survivors were pushed to withdraw. That would mean him and the other league members, as well as some liberation front soldiers and Hawks, though as far as the public knew, Hawks was a brave hero who had been defeated and 'captured' during the struggle. A prisoner of war, so to speak.
That part went entirely according to plan, at least. This new hideout was less nice and far less luxurious than the mountain villa; in fact, it was little more than a repurposed cave furnished with 'rooms' and most things humans needed for living on a fundamental level. One of these such rooms was where Keigo was being kept. Though he wasn't tied to a chair or chained to a wall. Instead, he was perched up with a mattress, blankets, furnishings, and a TV. He wasn't in real danger, either, but he hadn't escaped without some injuries. Things had to look totally real and believable, after all.
The dark room door opened, and Dabi stood in the light from the outside with a grin, likened every bit to a cat who caught the canary ━ which was possibly the most accurate analogy here. It was the first time he'd seen Keigo since the raid a day or so ago, where the two of them had managed to use a "fight" between them to conceal his "triple" agent act.
❝ Heeyy, how's my little "hostage" doing ? You're lookin pretty comfy. ❞

Premises: Hawks and Dabi's fight is a setup by the two of them to aid Hawks escape from the commission. As far as the public and other heroes know, however, Dabi brought down the Wing Hero during the Gunga mountain raid and has taken him hostage. Doesn't have to be Dabihawks but obviously it was originally meant to be !
