now that i’ve added bianca, i just wanna make a note that she didn’t dislike wednesday because of xavier, she disliked wednesday because she viewed them as a threat to the life that she’d built for herself within nevermore, and was jealous of the connections that wednesday was able to develop quickly; bianca changed her name when she sirened her way into the academy, and had to perfectly curate an entirely new persona in order to better fit in with the students at the academy. after wednesday gets into the academy and is able to fit in so effortlessly (without any real care for what others think of her), bianca is faced with a constant reminder that she will never fit in, that her true self will never be good enough for anyone. this mixed with the chip on her shoulder (no thanks to her abusive mother) is the reason for bianca’s disdain of wednesday, not sheer pettiness over some boy.

                               ──────────────                                she  doesn’t  bother  turn  around  when  the  door  swings  open ,        fingers  gently  trace  the  outline  of  golden  locket  as  she  ignores  the  itch  of  the  restricting  sequined  fabric ;        she  feels  a  weight  dip  beside  her ,        and  hands  drop  as  gaze  slowly  finds  its  way  to  @miercabre                (    the  girl  who  had  started  all  of  her  problems  at  nevermore ,    the  girl  that  xavier  so  desperately  wanted  to  forget    ) .                bianca  fails  to  understand  the  allure  to  a  girl  so  morbid ,        someone  so  blatantly  aloof  to  the  needs  of  those  around  them ,        when  her  entire  persona  was  curated  to  fit  the  desires  of  others ,        when  it  was  all  that  she  could  think  about .                                ❝        𝚢𝚘𝚞’𝚛𝚎  𝚕𝚞𝚌𝚔𝚢 ,        you  know .        ❞                                there’s  a  bit  of  defeat  in  tone  as  eyes  find  their  way  back  to  the  hands  curled  in  her  own  lap .                                ❝        not  caring  about  what  others  think . . .        it’s  a  gift  that  most  people  wish  they  had .        ❞

❝        it  must  be  nice  knowing  that  what  others  feel  for  you  is  genuine .        ❞                                bianca  was  an  outcast  in  a  school  of  outcasts ,        even  with  a  group  to  call  her  own  and  a  pseudo - social  crown  placed  upon  her  head                (    her  siren  song  had  manipulated  the  girls  she  claimed  to  be  closest  to        ──        brandy  jane  would  never  fit  in  at  nevermore ,    would  never  be  offered  a  second  glance    ) .                she  couldn’t  trust  anyone ,        but  with  limited  time  left  at  nevermore ,        bianca  wished  more  than  anything  that  she  could .                                ❝        i’ll  never  have  that  luxury .        ❞
