RULES

1.) Hey everyone, my name is Klemmie! I am nonbinary & my pronouns are they/them or she/her, I prefer they/them though! I am of age at 29 years old and have been RPing since about 2010, over a whole decade! Due to my age there might be NSFW on this blog at times but it will always be under a read more and tagged. On this subject, most muses are of age or have a verse where they are, please be aware of this and all main verse ages for my muses are on their bios on the character page.

2.) I am working a job which I usually only have a couple days off in the week and most evenings free. However activity and replies may be slow or low due to the nature of this being a multi-muse blog and my energy levels on any day. I will do my best to pop in at least once or twice a week with the intentions of queuing up any replies that I owe and once in a blue moon do I reply quickly and without queuing. But just to make everyone aware that this is how this blog operates!

3.) I am good with a mix of jumping into things without a plot; such as memes, open starters, random things are good. But sometimes I prefer plotting, even if only a little bit, especially when it comes to a pre-established relationship that isn’t the canon between two characters; this includes children of muses. I am okay with writing with said muses but I would like to have a bit of plotting to this as my version of the muse or muses as parents in question is not the one canon to yours as such, I need to make sure I know whats going on or all your gonna get from my muse is either ’ I have no kids ’ or i dont believe you, so i tend to avoid that if no prior communication has happened before hand! I do also like screaming about plots that both parties might want to do and discuss between us to work out a possible thread idea?

4.) This blog is multi-fandom, verse and ship. Meaning all threads even if tagged as in the same verse for a muse are their own story and thread between our muses, this includes for relationships, unless its a story that has been discussed and plotted between all involved.

We are also Crossover-friendly here! I love mashing up fandoms and seeing what happens!

5.) As stated in my first ruling, NSFW themes and topics may be present, if I feel that the topic, even if it’s gore and not sexual nsfw, is too heavy or unsafe to just have out on display I will always put it under a read more and tagged the triggers like; tw;__

6.) Continuing with the point above, I will not tolerate certain things like underage sexual content or abuse or any nsfw content with minors - this goes for muns & muses and hanging, if you are ever unsure of anything please ask me. This is also a if I ever forget or don’t tag something that is a trigger for you please just message me and I will tag them accordingly.

7.) Unless your muse has some supernatural abilities or in my muse’s canon knows things about them, please don’t use information that is like their weaknesses and things like that in our threads until my muse reveals them or it is revealed in a thread, I class this as meta rping/writing/gaming?? and it’s no fun???

8.) I’m okay with multiple writing styles, I don’t have the need for anyone to match my length in replies, I know I can get lengthy at times, but as long as it’s more than one sentence or is appropriate for the type of thread we are writing together, because sometimes even I just want to do shorter threads, though I do prefer more written and longer ones.

9.) I’m more into story driven threads, ones that develop my muses and yours hopefully, ones that develop a chemistry and relationship between them. These are the kinds of threads I prefer.

10.) I’m open to all plots and relationships, just come hit me up and let’s see what we can come up with!!!

11.) For shipping I am a shipper of chemistry, I am here for the development. But if you feel like our muses are beginning to develop something, please message me and we can talk. I am always up for shippy things and all relationships, I prefer them to be developed and chemistry based. I will not force anything onto anyone if they feel like something isn’t there.

12.) I’m no biggie on spelling, grammar is also not too much of an issue, but a clear grammar is preferred. As long as I can read and understand it for a reply we are good. If I am having trouble I will ask you to clarify.

13.) When sending in an ask, please specify a muse, one thing on my anxiety is when I get an ask without some specifying, sometimes I will throw someone randomly if I can but if not I get anxious about it, so unless you state one or that its for any muse I will not answer it, unless I know you & muse or muses well enough to know who it’s from or I have come and asked you to clear up who it was for.

14.) OOC =/= IC. I will not tone down my muses for anyone, but I don’t agree with their morals and choices all the time. OOC is not the same as IC.

15.) I have a habit of forgetting to reply to threads, if it’s been more than a week since I have replied, give me a poke. I may have forgotten or lost muse, this doesn’t mean we can start more threads and get back to it.

It's time to load up the party buses and head to the Ren Faire! The buses will leave the Merrock High School parking lot at 9AM and head to the location, where you will have from 10AM until roughly 12AM to enjoy yourselves at the Renaissance Faire and Gala taking place for all Merrockites. Everyone over the age of 21 is invited, and we do ask that everyone come in appropriate attire for the event.

While on the grounds, food and drinks are paid for, courtesy of the Benefactor! If you choose to buy souvenirs or pay for different experiences, costumes, or anything extra, that will be something that you pay for yourselves! There will be privies on site, and plenty of places to change, should you decide to switch wardrobes throughout the day.

Check out demonstrations such as glass blowing, archery and blacksmithing, or watch daring sword fights on the pirate ship, see the knights as they joust in front of the king and queen, listen to carolers and watch jesters perform. Ride on the dragon swing, or one of the elephants on the fair ground. Witness aerial dancers, whip artists, listen to musicians and comedians, pirate shows, puppet shows. Meet the hawks and owls, the trusty steeds, maybe even catch a glimpse of a unicorn… and so much more!

While you're browsing the stands, purchase some costumes and books, crystals and jewelry, pottery and whistles, swords and knives, candy and bread, scarves and capes, blown glassware, leather goods, candles and soaps, puppets and toys, anything that your heart can and will desire!

When you're hungry, make sure to stop and get a giant turkey leg, a twisted pretzel, pickle on a stick, fish and chips, warm, hearty soups -- and lots of your favorite food staples, like walking tacos, french fries, burgers, macaroni and cheese, not to mention all of the ice cream and Italian ice that your little heart could desire! You can grab milkshakes and slushies, lemonades and teas, and of course… lots and lots of ale! (Plus wine and mixed drinks, too.)

In the evening, the chess court will be transformed into a beautiful dance floor, with live music to keep you entertained, which will be the location of our summer gala, perfect for dancing the night away with your honey or your friends. (Have you ever heard minstrels playing 'Low' or 'Cha Cha Slide'? It might happen.) You can come as you are in your Renaissance Faire wear, you do not need to change into formal attire -- but you're more than welcome to if you wish!

The buses will be leaving at 1AM from the parking lot, and everyone should be safely home in Merrock by 2AM. Thank you for coming with us on this adventure! xx

A few important notes about this event, mostly to save you from any burning questions that you might have!

all who attend will be arriving on the bus, and everyone will be heading back home on the bus; this is to assure that everyone has the same experience and same plotting potential. plus, it's a party bus, it's fun!

remember that no children and no pets are allowed -- this is adults only, and 21+. alcohol is sold on the grounds, so drinking is welcome and encouraged!

there is no set location for this Ren Faire -- you can assume it's somewhere in Maine, but it's just there and fictional. that means if something isn't talked about in this post, it is 100% fine to assume that it is there at this Ren Faire, as long as it's a Ren Faire thing! (like there probably isn't an arcade or roller coaster with a laser show, but if you attended one and bought something cool you want to buy there, go for it!)

open starters are super, super encouraged -- they will be posted on our starters page as usual. please make sure that you reply to open starters before creating your own! the only exception is the first person to create one, or if all the other available starters are at cap.

Fuck it, here's incredibly personal-Headcanon Mikey (including some mentions of other brothers) one shot. I hope I won't make people mad xD

Mikey loved love. He loved the concept of it. The magical fairy tale sold by the TV and comic books.

He loved his family, pizza, New York. He loved being a hero, his skateboard and the ancient teddy bear he got from his dad when he was a kid.

But no matter how hard Mikey tried romantic love evaded him.

There were women, guys and nonbinary pals that he tried to have this love with. Sex was great, don't get him wrong. He enjoyed it and it made people he was with happy but he always could tell like something wasn't quite there. It led him to believe there was something wrong with him.

He had seen his brothers finding love. April eventually getting with Casey. He was happy for them all. He himself though was... confused.

"What is eating you my son?"

Mikey looked up startled from his own thoughts by Splinter's voice. "Me? Psh, nothing, all good, yeah," he replied a bit too quickly waving his arm dismissevely. "What makes you think that?"

"For starters, Michealangelo, you decided to join me for a game of go," the rat smiled at him. "You also have been considering your move for about 15 minutes now and didn't notice when I got up to bring myself some tea." Splinter gestured to the fresh cup next to him.

Mikey glanced there and sighed then looked at the board. He moved one piece, rather unmotivated.

"Sensei, is it possible for someone to... not feel love?" He finally asked.

Splinter stroked his chin before answering slowly. "The simple answer this this would be no, but that is a very complex question and cannot be answered with just one word." He hummed to himself. "In Ancient Greece they have named different kinds of love a person can experience - Storge the love of kinship and familiarity, Philia the platonic love, Eros the lustful love and pure, divine Agape. There are other of course. In the phylisophy of Confucianism there's love expressed by duty and action, focused more on the relationship rather than feelings. In oposition to it stood Mozi with his idea of universal love, equal among everyone."

Normally, with this lenght of lecture Mikey might have gotten distracted by his need to learn more about what he was feeling mixed with anxiety kept him listening. All this information was making him a little dizzy though.

"What does it mean?" He asked.

"It means my son that there is more to love than romance the shows on TV are trying to teach you," his father explained patiently. "You can feel one love without experiencing another. It doesn't make you any less worthy of love or incapable of it."

"What? Who said it was about me? I was, you know asking for a-" he stopped seeing the look on Splinter's face.

"I believe the Internet that Donatello and the rest of you enjoy so much, could have more modern outlook on this topic." He moved a piece on the board, giving Mikey an amused look.

"Right." Mikey nodded. "I better go then. Thanks, sensei."

He stood up and bowed before going further to the lair. What his dad said made him feel better. A little. He was still feeling a bit alone in his head with all that. He could check online like dad suggested but he wasn't sure just how much did Donnie monitor their phones.

He bit his lips. Fuck it. He'll deal with it later. He opened his phone and typed: "Is it normal to not feel love?" His thumb hesistated over the search icon, suddenly feeling a bit scared.

Deep breaths, Mikey, he told himself, then hit it.

Hours later he knew more. There was a name to it. Aromantic, that's how it was called. Leo was poly-bi, Raph was bi, Donnie was demi and he... he was Aromantic. Or aro for short. So this was okay. It really was okay.

Somehow the knowledge that there was name for it. That there were people like him out there, the scope of experiences varying of course but... He wasn't alone. It was such a relief he almost wanted to cry.

He was going to be okay.

THE STORM

The snow started falling at 10:37am. Nothing unusual for New York, no alarm raised by its citizens at the light snow fell. A little snow was expected in the morning’s forecast. A storm, however, was not. As the hours went on, the snow only picked up in force. By the afternoon, it was obvious to everyone that a storm was afoot. One inch became three, became six, became ten, before reaching a height of fourteen inches of snowfall. Heavy, but not an unprecedented amount by any means. The state has seen worse, so this snowstorm shouldn’t be a problem. And of course, the snow wasn’t the problem. The response was.

THE (DELAYED) RESPONSE

The unexpected nature of the severity of the storm combined with a belated response from political leaders of the state led to more chaos than warranted. To put it simply: there was more snow than anticipated, and far too many roads left untreated. By the time snow plows and treatment trucks were issued, the damage was already done. The snow had turned to slush, and that slush had frozen over into ice. All at once, interstates were made into parking lots, cars abandoned by citizens who chose to travel by foot rather than be stuck in a gridlock in unmoving traffic. Trains ran on reduced service before seeing significant service suspensions. Flights were canceled at all major airports. Electricity cut out sporadically at homes and businesses across the boroughs. As state officials moved into overdrive to recover from their fumbled response, a state of emergency was declared. Citizens at home were advised to stay at their homes and avoid any unnecessary travel, while stranded motorists and citizens out in the city were advised to seek out shelter at unaffected stores and community shelters to hunker down at until the worst of the storm passes. As a reminder, the snowstorm passes through New York on Thursday, February 1st. However, the event will run from February 1st through February 8th. After 2/8, no new starters can be made set during the event, but writers are free to continue previous event threads until their conclusion.

If you signed up for the character shuffle, please make sure to reach out to your assigned partner for plots! Though a thread from the pairing isn't mandatory, as the event was made to facilitate the creation of new plots for members, they are highly encouraged!

You came back to the table and put the napkin back on your lap.  Nick smirked as he sipped the champagne, keeping his eyes on you. Before you could say anything, the server appeared to take your orders.  As you opened your mouth, you felt it.  

“Umm... I’ll have the... umm,” you were struggling to speak as the low vibration from the panties played on your clit. “I’ll have the starter salad and the lobster linguine.” You handed the menu over and dropped your hand to your lap, bunching your dress. RULES UPDATED FOR 2024

While the vast majority of our rules haven't changed (though the page has gotten updated, with the rules re-written so that it's been refreshed in my mind), there are a few rule changes/updates that we want everyone to be aware of. So for today, we are asking everyone in the group to please read the rules thoroughly:

Under the cut, we will talk a little bit about some changes that we want everyone to be aware of! Giving this post a like once you have read the rules is always appreciated. xx

ONE: acceptance days changed, and a permanent cap of 30. for now, we have changed our acceptance days to Tuesday, Thursday & the weekends. Weekend availability will be 100% dependent on me! If I am around, I will accept. If not, I won't, but I will try! Since we feel like we are doing pretty alright right now, we will be keeping our writer cap at 30 for the time being. The best time to reach me is 5-10PM EST, and I do ask for patience with response times. Remember: as your admin team, just because we are online and doing replies doesn't mean we are instantly available here on main.

TWO: diversity rule updates. while our overall rule of 1/2 of your characters need to be diverse is absolutely staying the same, we are asking that one out of your first three characters be either bipoc (black or indigenous, or we will accept face claims who have no proximity to whiteness), gender diverse, body diverse or disabled. every other requirement has remained the same.

TWO POINT FIVE: everyone currently in the group is grandfathered in. this means we are not going to ask people to drop characters or change face claims. rather, we will just ask that if you pick up more characters, you be sure that you meet requirements if you aren't already. easy peasy! (everyone with current reserves is free to pick them up, as well.)

THREE: one of every three characters must pick up a WC. one out of every three characters that you pick up has to fill a wanted connection, not just the first three in this instance. in other words if you play 9, 3 of those had to have filled connections. this is pretty self-explanatory!

FOUR: slight changes to activity checks. it's just easier for me, to be completely honest, to do activity checks on an as-needed basis. we've found that scheduling them has the hang-up of some accounts sitting inactive for nearly a month before being re-opened. so checks will be done as we feel they are needed. actual expectations have not changed!

FIVE: a separate section for rules about starters. since we had quite a few rules about starters mixed in, we pulled info into its own little section. mostly, we have included reminders to not post more than one starter per day as a writer (this is new, but we feel it will help keep things spaced out and give all writers a chance to both reply to and get replies on starters without things being overwhelming), and a reminder to make sure that starters are accessible as far as location & actions -- and also just to reply to starters!

SIX: trigger warnings. while this isn't a new/updated rule, per se, we did want to post a reminder that all trigger warnings should be tagged with the same format, so people can blacklist them. please use the format trigger tw. you can see all of our triggers here, and never hesitate to shoot us an ask if there is something you would like to have tagged for your comfortability on dash. over the next couple of weeks, if we see people using other tags for TWs, we will just reach out with a little reminder, you are not in trouble, we're just trying to get everyone to use the same system!

PLEASE NOTE: if you have issues with any of these rules, or questions about the changes, you are always welcome to come talk to us, but we will not be addressing things on anonymous if they are combative at all, or make us uncomfortable; while this is your safe space, it's also ours.

OK so I'm stupid and I was reading some things about RP etiquette, and I realized I never have said anything about certain things. So, let's clarify a few things (?)

I don't speak English. Yes I misspell some words in purpose but sometimes I don't realize i misspelled something until some time later. I apologize for some weird, hard to follow phrases. Sometimes I have to search how to say the simplest things(?)

This is a sideblog, and I think I haven't even tell you which my main is lol. It's @appatary8523 and I usually like from there. I don't usually follow RP accounts, but if you see a like or something, that's me (?) (I don't recommend you to follow my main, there's nothing interesting in there). Any pronouns for me is OK, in this Fortnite thing I don't have any specific nickname. Some call me Nolan, some call me Appa, both are OK. If you have a third one, we'll, just let me know you're talking about me (?)

I use (?) a lot. That usually mean something should be taken ironically, in a comedical or ironic way. If you get confused you know what it is, but I think I have controlled my urge to use it at the end of every sentence, I just think it's near(?)

Despite my Nolan baby being straight I have no problem with any other kind of interaction. Tease him, take him to his limit. I don't get annoyed when you annoy him, I think it's funny

I'm also open to shipping. I may be DiamondChance central but that doesn't mean I will force every Montague to interact and likeNolan (?). I'm open, I'll let my boy have fun with whoever crosses his way

This is stated in the pinned post but, still. As you've noticed by now I post a lot of sexual innuendos or innapropiate things. I try to keep things cool, and I tag most of the most suggestive things as #suggestive. If you see something you find uncomfortable don't worry, send me a message and let me know! I don't think I'll post straight up NSFW, if I do, everything will be tagged accordingly.

I'm an adult, I don't feel veeeeery comfortable having suggestive interactions with minors for OBVIOUS reasons. It's OK to tease Nolan, he may reply a thing or two, but, don't make it TOO weird/explicit/something. I'll ask your age (if you don't have it in your pinned) in case your muse wants one of those nasty things with Nolon. Any other interaction is OK.

Nolan is an ignorant and disrespectful slut who will say the meanest things. BUT that does not represent my opinion. If you feel I'm being to harsh with your character (or you feel it's a personal attack) let me know, I don't mean to cause you discomfort or hurt you.

Whatever canon Nolan did applies for my Nolan. He stole the slap juice vault? Yes. He's suspected for conspiracies surrounding loot llamas? Nobody has been able to prove anything. My headcanons are about his past (previous to his debut lol) and to his present, living in the C5S4 map lol

ANY interaction you have with this blog will be taken in character unless you start with the // or parenthesis or something that allows me to me know you are talking to me (Mun, Big Nolan). If you send me a message without any of those things, get ready to get a reply from Nolan (little Nolan (?)) .

If a post starts getting/is planned to get a bit long I'll most likely pick a title to it and tag it, so you can blacklist it. I know it takes lot of space in your dash. My apologies!
