Being completely focused on their singing, Sheshe would not have noticed the attack coming without Mimi shouting the warning.

Gasping, she threw herself to the side instantly, and just barely managed to avoid being hit. "Thank you, Mimi!" It was really good that she had noticed, because now, they had another chance. Grinning as she went close to Mimi again, she suggested: "Shall we return that attack?"

I don't recall it being in canon, but, I do very clearly remember a picture of her and Mimi in a police uniform. I think I might have searched it up even when I did the outfit? But, point is, I already had the outfit done for her, so obviously it's my choice for her costume. Was considering something vampire-ish with a big high standing collar cloak or the likes, too, but couldn't make that, so this is my choice.

Results of my poll(s) are in!

At the very least 2 people must not have realized/understood the whole "please vote for different people on both of the polls" idea I had - there were 2 more votes on one poll than on the other. It's okay though, I'm thankful for the votes I got!

After some work counting, I have the numbers. I added a vote from someone that didn't get to the polls in time to vote, so if you're doing the calculations yourself don't be surprised that it doesn't completely add up to this here.

We're gonna start with the lowest, because I have a picture for the top three and that'll be below the cut.

Cat, Kage and Sheshe all got 1 vote and thus share the last, 7th place! Hey, at least no one ended without a vote!

Wildfire, Starlight and Mia got 2 votes each, so they are all on 6th place.

Moonshot got 3 votes, which brought him 5th place.

Blackfire and Mar'i ended with 4 votes each, leading them to 4th place!

Since it's Vday today, and I don't know if I'll even be able to answer that one (non-valentine) ask that I still have in my inbox much less be able to write anything, and even then most likely nothing of the shippy sort - have some blushy icons of my muses because why not.

(Icons below each other bc when putting them next to each other they turn ridiculously huge - giving a cut here bc it's gonna be quite the length)

(some of these blushes of these BF-KK-icons are way too strong but I probably won't be going back to remake them)

No blushy-lovey Galfore bc I simply don't have that for him but also never felt the need to have it

(Sadly) no Moonshot or Starlight blushy-lovey-icons either bc I barely have any icons for them at all and idk it's difficult to picture Moonshot blushing

(not a single blushy-lovey icon of Sheshe in my icons of her that I made so far, what a shame - there are a few where she's blushing but it's always in pain so have these instead)

How loose is their use of the phrase ‘I love you’?

Simple answer, Sheshe very much doesn't use the phrase loosely at all. There's basically only one person having heard it before, Mimi, and she's probably going to keep being the only person too.

When do they feel the most guilt? How do they respond to it?

Guilt usually comes from when she argued with Mimi. Once the argument is over, or if it's broken up by something said in it, the guilt comes fast and if Mimi by then isn't around anymore, it can somewhat down her until she can properly apologize.

Outside of with Mimi (or, like, someone else she'd care about but as of now there's no one like that), Sheshe usually doesn't actually feel guilty. Whatever she does is done for a reason, and there's no use in feeling guilty about it.

In hindsight, maybe they should have known that trying to separate the Mermaid Princesses wasn't a good idea. It hadn't worked so far whenever they tried to capture one by themselves, and this time again - it seemed that Mimi had been able to start attacking earlier than Sheshe, for before she could even start weakening the mermaid, her target was already rushing off, clearly to go support their fellow princess from Mimis song. Sheshe only arrived when the mermaids were almost done with their song already; poor Mimi had to suffer through it all on her own. The least Sheshe could do was to rush to Mimi's side once she arrived, and quickly (after the usual cursing at the Mermaids) teleported both of them away. "I should've known that this would happen. Are you okay?"

Mimi thanked her, and Sheshe smiled though still kept her worried expression along with it. "Of course. It is the least I could do after they all went after you." And then, well, a smirk came onto her face once it became more clear that Mimi wasn't any worse through that song than they usually ended up being. "We will get them next time."

Well that surely was an unexpected greeting Sheshe recieved upon entering their hideout. Mimi didn't sound like it was a joke or tease, so Sheshe was unsure what was going on and tentatively raised her hands.

"Mimi? It's me. What's going on?" Did something happen while she was out?

Even though they may already be together since - well, since always - it was still always a special feeling to recieve compliments. Slightly flustered as she may be, Sheshe shook her head after a moment. "Impossible." Which she didn't mean in a self-deprecating way or anything, there was something to add to that, but she waited with that for a moment before grinning back at Mimi.

"Clearly you must have looked into a mirror before."

Verse Information - Sheshe in 'We're All Heroes'

Short version, this is a verse I create for my non-hero/villain muses to fit into typical superhero worlds.

A moment ago, she had been just a fish. Without all too many thoughts, just living in the moment - and then, there was some magic surrounding them. Both Sheshe and Mimi were changed into a humanoid water-demon form, now suddenly with thoughts and emotions and a voice. Now there was so much more, they were so much more. They could survive in and out of the water, they were free and strong and so powerful. At first, the magic that brought them to life forced them to follow commands, too. By the time they were growing powerful enough to resist the magic, it was a deal of getting a part of the victory that made them follow the orders still. For one person at first, and then another; but eventually, the two anglerfish-demons decided they were better off on their own.

Thus, Sheshe and Mimi are a duo now. Spending some time with being popular yet mysterious singers, the two occasionally use the powers they were given to get anything they want. Which usually means the likes of jewelry or clothes, or access to a specific place. Most of their time is still spent underwater though, where the two have the goal of creating an underwater-city for "creatures" like themselves.

Her looks will be the same as in the anime. Whenever she's on land, imagine her default attire to be alike the one time we see both of them disguised as humans (for Sheshe, that means a revealing, red low-cut halter dress and high-heeled sandals), though of course if they are on stage, Sheshe and Mimi's outfits will be a lot more eccentric and somewhat reminding of their demon-form styles. In "human form", as in while not in the water, she has human ears and no tail. In "demon form", the tail is a devil-like tail with the arrow-shaped end. Only when they get ready for singing, their tails turn into tails with microphones on them. On stage on land, people thing it's a part of their costume.

Note: Sheshe is more of a common thief here than an actual big-time villain. She's mostly driven by the motivation to achieve something for either herself or Mimi (or both of them), and while she enjoys causing chaos on occasion, it's not like she's actively seeking to hurt people. If we'd assume things to take place at an earlier part of this, where the two of them are still following orders of someone else, they are more villain-like and wouldn't hesitate to try to kidnap people too or the likes.

Her powers are similar to how they are in the anime, too. Most importantly, they have the power to manipulate people's emotions or actions, or make them fall asleep, with their songs to a degree. Their songs can be painful too, if they want it to be that way. They have a certain amount of control over water, able to cause tsunamis, tornados and storms, and while underwater able to create illusions too. It takes a lot of effort, but they are also able to create energy balls to fire at enemies.

Obviously, this is its own AU, so any interactions having happened in her main-verse, or another verse, won't have happened here.

It was still a little unreal, but it was actually true. Their own city. Mimi and Sheshe stood together to watch the city from a higher building as they were planning to leave, and Mimi spoke what was on Sheshe's mind, too.

It wasn't new that the little bird - or something - of Mikeru was harrassing any of Mikeru's servants when they failed to catch the Mermaid Princesses. Like probably all of them, Sheshe was more or less used to the annoying complaining, but, sometimes, what he said still hit especially hard.

Pretty much immediately when she returned, Mimi noticed Sheshe's very unusual... one might almost call it sadness. Glad for her comfort, Sheshe looked up and explained what the little thing said this time. Mimi's suggestion was one of action rather than just comforting her, and for Sheshe, that was of course perfect - as Mimi always was for her. Quickly, her sad expression changed into a grin, and she nodded.

"Yes. A good idea. Let's catch and pluck the little pest." It was high time to teach Fuku to not talk to them like this.
