What was she doing?? No matter what room he chose to visit she would be there, not too far behind clutching something in her grasp. Finally Miles decided to give up just so he coil d inspect the piece of fabric that she held. Given the colors…he could only deduce that it was her dress that she wore at her quinceanera. Now Miles KNEW that she knows he’d never put on a dre- OH NO, now he knows what this is about.

Okay..she’s been TOO quiet..or at least too quiet for WAY too long and it was beginning to make him nervous. The suit-clad hero slowly steps toward her. They were already high up so it’d be easy to unmake himself before her.

It couldn’t be about his studies, college life had been great..academically speaking granted not SO well in a social standing outside the small circle of individuals that knows about his secret identity.It couldn’t be something he’s done like take something that belongs to her in the refrigerator. 

HMMM he did accidentally…or well 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 gotten one of her people arrested. But that guy was caught red-handed with a stolen vehicle..what was spider-man to do?? Let that slide?? There were enough problems in NY as it is. “You can talk anytiiime now.”

Enjoying oneself at the amusement park might be considered a lonely existence for some..but for Miles? He needed the time for a little relaxation. From saving the day, to school and then spending what little time he has with his family plus school work..so a few hours here was definitely needed. It was still unfortunate that he couldn’t get any of his friends to come here with him. Ganke had plans with his folks and Judge has a date. Either way..Miles continues having fun riding the bumper cars. 

Spider-senses helped him accelerate at optimum times or slow down when needed in order to give him an edge against his rival cars and just like that he was the winner in bumper cars. ❝   𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝.   ❞ He spoke with confidence as he turned to towards the rollercoaster attraction in the distance. Definitely going to be the next ride so he rushes over only to fortunately get a seat prepared and wouldn’t you know it his ‘coastermate’ happens to be a familiar face.

“Mana?! You’re here?? I didn’t know you were into amusement parks.” He says with a smile, definitely pleased to see a familiar face.

‘I dunno, meeting your uncle whilst being in costume in the middle of a cemetery at night sounds creepy.’ Spoke a voice within the wall-crawler’s earpiece located under the mask. 

━━   ❝   𝐁𝐫𝐨, 𝐢𝐭 𝐈𝐒 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐲.   ❞  Spider-man rebutted. Of all the places for his uncle to meet it’d had to be here..and in costume no less. The message had been sent via text so he had no idea of the emotional state his uncle was in when he sent the message, hell he didn’t even bother to send him an emoji with the message, so as far as Miles knows this could be the rendezvous spot for a heist or the briefing area for some top secret assignment he’d need help with.

“I’ll catch you later Ganke, I see my unc turnin’ up.” Said Miles.

'Alright, but be 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡.' Ganke replies with obvious concern within his voice as their communications had ended in order to give the uncle and nephew some privacy. “Ya know if ya wanted to find someplace to hang, next time let’s just skip out on the creepy places.”
