She felt a sharp pang erupt from the pits of her stomach, climbing straight to her chest, where it made itself at home. She had gone on an ''improvised'' with Nappa once, recalling it had gone fairly well despite the 'little incident' at the bar. That scrap alone was just enough to catch his interest, which was a bit of a shock given the circumstances. She humored it, figuring it wouldn't go anywhere... But the man has a great amount of charm buried underneath all that muscle. It was probably the best date she had ever been on... A fun little memory.

There is the faintest part of him that is surprised to know Dek would actually answer a frivolous application, and yet... It's exactly the kind of thing they'd do just to tease him. But it seems sincere enough, and it just so happens that Cyto would also require a bit of time to kill. If there was anyone to spend an odd holiday with, why share it with the oddest alien you know? He's probably going to regret opening his mouth, committing to this silly application idea regardless of the outcome.

"I'm more than happy to explore the wilderness and introduce you to some animals and creatures if that's what you would like to do. I could also give you samples of flora and crops, things you could try to grow on your own... I haven't got any plans, so you're welcome to visit anytime. I doubt my parents would give you trouble, provided you behave yourself."

His jaw clenched hard enough to break teeth, blood pooling from his lips as he desperately fought the bubbling urge to croak. If looks could kill, Mariko's flesh would be flayed methodically, slowly, with nothing but contempt. Fortunately for the halfling brat, Cyto was the ONLY reason he has yet to end her miserable existence.

Cell was losing the battle, violently ill, heaving and clutching at his mouth to suppress what was now exiting his throat.

"Y-You're joking?... Is that really what you want me to do?..." He breathed, as if it were some elaborate prank, but unfortunately... No such luck. As if pulled by puppet strings, the ruby cicada would immediately strike a pose, swinging and dancing to the Super Sentai theme song! For being put on the spot, his singing isn't all that bad either. If one were to look hard enough, you can easily enjoy his deep, profound embarrassment. Oh well, at least this bit was just for Mariko's eyes only.

Perhaps 'like' is a strong word to describe it, but not without a little merit. She didn't like Cell, not conventionally, but she did... 'Like' him as company. He was rather pleasant in the beginning, at least until more of his memories returned. It could also be his true nature slipping back into the foreground, like a weed taking it's root between the cracks. She didn't care for his attitudes nor the physical altercations, but it was the quieter moments they shared that had her envisioning something more.

Honey would drag out a deep sigh, as if she was caught red-handed after all. It's hard not to find him attractive from a surface level, but perhaps there was more to it. His sharp wit and cunning personality happens to line up with her jaded view of life. She assisted Cell at his most vulnerable, developing some level of trust between themselves-- at least she believed as much. In a weird way, she's grown quite attached to him, hence the suspicions. Not that she was wrong, but the farmer wanted to clarify her position.

"It ain't puppy love if thats what yer implyin'. We've been training together, we hang out, all that stuff... But it's more out of obligation for him. Once Cell remembers everythin' about his past... He might leave the farm for good."

Question 1✨: [HEAVY BREATHING] I mean, I suppose I stalk your ships most of the time HUEHUEHUEHEUHUE-- But I do keep mini tabs of people's ships in my brain in general! Question 2✨: Mostly answered here! But suppose I get more specific? It took me a couple of deep breaths before approaching your blog ngl. Nothing to do with anything you're doing, I'm just the boob who assumes that I'm being a bother for requesting the muses I'm interested in (which is most of them tbh). I don't feel that way nearly as much as I used to, but I admit I've got the squeaky boots back on since returning to tumblr. Baby steps, that's all I need to remind myself of.

Question 3✨: All. The. Time. Though I tend to be a bit faster over discord, I just get swept up in mommy mode until they're off to bed and I can actually recollect my thoughts. And sometimes I'd rather crash and watch TV shows and think about it the next day. Sometimes it leads into a bit of a loop, hence my true motivation to find more time for myself with friends. Get back into my hobbies, relax a bit more.

Question 1✨: I wouldn't necessarily say I've been intimidated by another person's writing style, but I have been nervous approaching a few muns for roleplays. It's usually in relation to plot development, building relationships and tension between our muses (for better or worse). Sometimes I feel like I might be too pushy and I scare others away. Or that I'm more enthusiastic about something than they are (ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING. MY POOR LITTLE HEART😭). I die a little on the inside just thinking about it lmao. it's less about the writing itself and a lot more about if they're interested at all.

Question 2✨: YES I have gotten rather invested in many threads over the years! Some still trapped in my drafts! Some I'm still waiting for replies over. I am a patient soul, I can wait for the good stuff baby. Uhh there was one that started the same year I began this blog and it was a pretty cool AU I was doing with an imperfect Cell. I had an entire landscape of fun ideas, dramatics, action and so much more, and then... Poof. The Mun vanished. Literally the last post they made was part of our RP, and it's been years since the last update? 2019ish? I wont lie, it definitely did sting a bit, but thats just the way it goes right? I just hope wherever mun went, they're safe and happy.

Question 3✨: I have done it in the past over my eldest blog, I believe. I used to run Dimentio in the mario community, and during that time came a looooot of thirsty muses who were more interested in rattling his jester bones than actually doing anything fun. Had someone try to seduce him with a sexy wink and waggle of the hips, and at this time I was a filthy fujoshi, so "EWW GROSS DESU". Of course, I'm sure ive done this over this blog a few times before, though it's non discriminatory. Usually it's just because I'm very picky, sometimes it's just the vibe, but the grand majority of it all? I'm tired all the time, I have two needy babies and i can only focus on what the brainmeats wants.

Question 4✨: Don't we all? I find myself gravitating towards people / threads I have established a good number of times to enjoy them, but if I had to be more specific?? You, Viopolis, Kiealer, hopefromadoomedtimeline, risingsouls? Top of my list. Maybe it's just because I've had the longest bits of shenanigans with y'all, but a lot of it is the plots. Fun plots, ones ive often dropped the ball on and feel like a douche for. I do apologize for letting you guys down on that end. If it aint me feeling anxious over pestering anyone, it's me saving my energy for my babies who need me. We can pick up where we leave off, yanno? I just get embarrassed easily guys 😔

The day of her mother's funeral. To know she will never feel the warmth of her touch, voice, or presence ever again had shattered every last shred of happiness in her heart. They were very close, and to lose that meant she could no longer have anyone to confide in. Although her father was very much alive, the aftermath of the accident had only distracted him further from their already imperfect relationship. His silence was deafening, and to top it all off, someone she once considered to be a friend had openly suggested to ditch the funeral reception to "help pick out an outfit" for a date she had. So much for friendship.

And yet, Melony's passing had given them a reason to discuss their collective distress from time to time, as if dying gave them a reason to talk at all. She can admit that hearing his feelings on the matter painted a human side to the man, one she could relate with. The bittersweet taste in her mouth did nothing to resolve the gaping hole in her chest.

Ideally, Honey would like for others to see her as resilient and hardworking. Someone easy to get along with, someone dependable whenever needed. These are traits clearly seen in her general behaviors, trying her best to remain on good terms so long as there is a clear effort to remain civil. Of course, that politeness is quick to fade should her tempers flare.
