Soft and nervous eyes cast around the room.  More than a little itchy skinned after trying to avoid dinner for the past month.  The dhampir heads to the kitchen to find the other already in there.  DAMN IT.   They will never be able to get through a single meal without blood if an older adult is there. They fear somehow it will come up in conversation.       ❝ What are you doing home? I thought there was something “adult” and “not for my eyes” going around? ❞     Like how everyone seems to be hushed lately as if there was a problem.  Renesmee just assumes that they would fuss up and tell her eventually what was up. Although it was nearing their big birthday of being nineteen soon.  The door to the fridge opens and she hums at the realization that there is no ham in there.

Renesmee has a lot of trauma revolving around her birth. They saw their mother’s final human moments and even showed the memories to her own newly transformed mother.  It was a haunting moment in time for her that Renesmee has a hard time ever shaking.  She feels a strong sense of guilt over something that couldn’t be controlled by herself.

Renesmee does not want children of their own that are biological.  She wants the ability to travel the world and not worry about having to pause or think of another smaller human being.  She informs their mother of the choice at the age of 15 and it never falters.  

Renesmee loves children though just the option to give them back to their parents holds an appeal to them.
