「Hmn?」 Humming, Mukuro looked down at the rather large and blooming bruise on her side, 「ah I think it was just from someone who tried to make their escape when I needed some information from them。。。」 She couldn’t really recall when how she acquired the bruise, but she wouldn’t have been surprised if someone she wanted to get information out of elbowed her pretty hard or had attempted to push her away during the process, but looking at it now it was a pretty nasty bruise。

「Is that so？」 Mukuro asks with a soft smile, her hand gently taking ahold of Kefla’s, threading her fingers between his, 「I’m glad you did〜 you mean a lot to me。」 Mukuro spoke softly as she affectionately gave a light squeeze to his hand。

「I’m really happy I met you〜」 And Mukuro was genuine with that statement, Kefla meant a lot to her, he was the first person in a long time to make her feel the way that she feels now。 For someone who didn’t think falling love would be possible again, here she was, with the one who occupied her thoughts almost constantly。

MUSE :  for one muse to model for the other’s art project.

  Mukuro hadn’t really been any type of model, unless you counted modeling lingerie for Kefla, but to be asked to model for an art project, that was new to her。 She’d happily agree of course, more than happy to do something like this for Kefla。 In hindsight, she probably should have asked him if she was supposed to be nude modeling for him or not, she assumed she would be hence why she chose to wear a robe at first but then, if asked, she’d remove the robe for him。

「Just lemme know how I should pose,」 Mukuro spoke as she took a ‘paint me like one of your french girls’ pose, she would do her best to hold back on saying that particular line as she’d model for him。

The saiyan had the idea to buy something for the one who had stolen his heart. That's why, without telling her about his visit, he knocked on the door of her house three times in a row. When she opened the door, he took out a small box from the bag.

  Mukuro was in the midst of making herself a snack when she heard a knock at her door。 Pausing in her actions, Mukuro had to recall if she bought anything recently or ordered food and just forgot about it, those thoughts ran through her head as she cleaned her hands before heading over to the door, taking a look through the peephole before it was clear as to who it was at the door。 Mukuro opened the door with a smile。

「Hey you~ what a pleasant surprise,」 Mukuro spoke before confusion was etched on her face when she took notice of how oddly silent he was, and just as she was about to question what was up, Mukuro noticed the little box he held out for her。

  She knew instantly that it was a jewelry box, but if it were either a ring or earrings, she didn’t know right away until she took the box and opened it, a soft gasp leaving her lips at the earrings inside。

「These are beautiful,」 Mukuro spoke softly, 「thank you so much~」 Mukuro couldn’t recall the last time she gotten new earrings, she kind of had a set that she rotated through for formal events or everyday wear, it was nice to have something new and meaningful。

「Are you busy? Would you like to come in for a bit~?」

  There was a small grin on her lips as she gently pressed her thumb against Kefla’s bottom lip, effectively wiping the blood that had been splattered on there。

  There was a soft gasp that left Mukuro’s lips as his words hit her and the hug he gave her was met with a tight embrace of her own。 Mukuro let the words sink in as she hid her face into the nape of his neck, there was a deep, hot blush on her cheeks as she felt his words melt her。

「Thank you,」 she’d whisper, well, they were mouthed at first before she composed herself and actually whisper them。

「Oh, yeah, sure I suppose so。。。」 She thought situations like this were only in fiction, since it never really happened to her, at least, it was never verbally told to her。 And frankly, she didn’t know how to feel about it, to be in a committed relationship out of making someone jealous, not because there was any attraction。 But, she told herself, maybe it was better this way, to get the benefits of being in a relationship without any sort of attachments。 She would just have to probably constantly remind herself of the reason behind their relationship, but Mukuro imagined that this was something she could pull of easily, and it was probably only temporary, given the situation。
