この歌詞すごく素敵ですよね。 失礼ながら金麦とダイハツキャンバスのCMの曲という印象だったのですが、気になっていたので聞いてみました。 40年前の曲ということも知らなかったし、何より曲とMVが美しすぎる…… 大瀧詠一さんの「君は天然色」を収録したアルバム「A LONG VACATION」の発売40周年を記念して今年の2月に特装版のアルバムが発売されたらしいですね。 MVはそれに合わせて制作されたらしくて、「A LONG VACATION」のジャケットを描いた永井博氏のイラストで構成されています。 これがとにかく美しくて…… まさに80年代の夏のきらめきを閉じ込めた感じです。 「君の名は。」や「天気の子」の予告編を作った映像ディレクターの方が演出されたそうで、それが素晴らしいというのも大きいと思いますが。 40周年記念アルバム発売の企画としてコラボポスターが作成されたのですが、また豪華な面子で。 江口寿史氏、わたせせいぞう氏とか80年代のポップアイコンですよね。 特にわたせブルーといわれる鮮やかなブルーが曲とアルバムのイメージにすごく合ってて(氏のコメントを読んで納得しました)。 80年代のイメージはないけど久米田康治氏のポスターもすごくお洒落で可愛い。 久米田氏のコメントをこちらから一部転載します。

80's ヘインズの白いTシャツにコンバースの踵を潰し海に繰り出し大滝詠一を聞けば お世辞にも綺麗では無い三浦海岸でもその風景は 鈴木英人さん、永井博さんの描く憧れの西海岸のワンシーンに脳内変換出来たものです。
