Ideas of ladies that Robert could have insisted Stannis marry if he hadn’t wanted to bed Selyse’s cousin: over arching theme is the same, Robert for some reason wanted Stannis’ married life to be miserable as his own

Lollys Stokeworth (seen as a lackwit and Baelish would sooner marry a pig and Tyrion would rather feed his dick to goats) Brienne of Tarth (seen by many as hideous and insulted many times by arrogant men) Any Frey Girl (seen as a last resort marriage for many)

basically I think Robert thought that his brother’s married life should be as miserable as his own, and that an ‘ugly’ or ‘undesirable’ wife would be best for this

Theon Greyjoy - Theon warded to Robert and not Ned and getting to interact with Cersei

Torrhen Karstark - Torrhen and Harrion’s roles switched and Harrion died in Whispering Wood leaving the youngest son the heir and Torrhen is the hostage/captive of the Lannisters and Tywin has him brought to KL for safe keeping

Victarion Greyjoy - Victarion going to court for his brother every time that Robert asks for the Iron Isles to do anything courtly and Cersei getting to interact with him
