Btw! Idk who saw my post from my new Ly account (@fairlyly if you haven't followed it yet) and I decided I'd like to be called Moth-mun! I've always liked the little green critters called Moths from Rayman 1 and I'm an SMT fan who is charmed by the wiles of Mothman so I think that would be a name I'm comfortable using here. Sadly there is no moth emoji but I will put a butterfly emoji on all my accounts so you know they're me :)

Hey Ray-mun, I just wanted to let you know that there's honestly no worries about the Captain Laserhawk thing, honestly I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a different universe from the games anyway so all's chill lol

Ah, thank you very much ;__; I've been worried about being out in the Rayman fanbase lately because of how complicated my feelings are. Hearing that is a relief. Glad I gave it a try!
I do really like experimenting with Rayman's struggles with identity, though! There are a couple of little things here and there that hint towards Rayman being the sort of person to think "I'm fine and I have to BE fine or else" as he's pretty much his planet's last defense.
So I can probably change my info to explain that I'll be mostly game canon? I'll think it over. Breaking the ice like this was probably the worst of it for me, haha. Anxiety queen strikes again.
But seriously, thank you for reaching out. It helps a lot.

Thought a lot about Rayman's powerups from Hoodlum Havoc because I really don't stop thinking about him, I just never talk about it bc none of my friends are as obsessed as I am LMAO. But anyway. I had always been scratching my head about why they chose the colors they did, especially for heavy metal fist, and then it hit me. It's a hue deviation.
Just tickles me to realize this because I ran with Rayman being a creature consisting of light, and this is something else I can run with. I've been unable to do anything with this for years and I have unlocked the secret formula.
