Your mind is terrifying...  You're smart, cunning, and your mind might just lean in dark directions... No matter what you do, it's gonna be genius, and you're not gonna get caught unless you want to.  You bide your time, making a master plan, preying on your victim's weaknesses. You can find out exactly what their worst fears are, and make them happen. You're a force to be reckoned with.  You might not be quite as menacing as I make you sound though, that could just be when someone crosses you that one last time. You might be a perfectly nice person until someone just pushes you a little too far.

Your Appearance

Your appearance is terrifying.  You might be a perfectly pleasant person, but how you look is intimidating in some way. Whether that's inhumanly beautiful, strong and menacing, or cold and ruthless, something about your appearance makes people hesitant to approach you and even more wary to mess with you.  Using just your appearance, you could get almost whatever you want. Few would dare question you, as long as you play to your strengths. 

If you're going to say something along the lines of "I'm so ugly no one looks at me, that's why, blah blah blah." That's garbage. First of all, there's no such thing as ugly. Only social standards, which are dumb. Second, butterflies can't see their own wings. Third, they called Medusa "hideous" and look at that picture up there!

"Wrinkly, saggy--wait, you were-...ugh..." Karl is just now coming to that conclusion, "I don't remember that, my memory's a bit foggy from it all." A soft frown plastered across his face.

"DO NOT THINK TOO MUCH ON IT, KARL...IT WAS IN THE PAST." Varvatos reassures his friend. He actually referred to his friend by first-name basis.

"WHAT DID YOU WISH FOR?" Varvatos questioned boisterously, looking at the other. "VARVATOS DOES HAVE A QUESTION. WHY DOES PEOPLE HERE ON EARTH MAKE WISHES? WHAT'S SO IMPORTANT WITH WISHES?"

Harassment, Verbal Violence, Jeering, whatever you wanna call it, words can hurt, and you know it. Like Physical Violence, Verbal Violence is a very common hate language, but a strong one. What Is Your Hate Language? (Varvatos Vex)

Torture

Torture is a rare, complexed, and yet varied hate language. It can be many things, but it’s defining feature is knowing your enemy well enough to know exactly what will get to them. It can be as mild as ignoring someone you hate cause you know it’ll drive them up the wall. It can be sitting in the same room as them and making horrible small talk with a smug look on your face cause you know they hate that. It can be the smallest things and it can be the most vulgar things. The time you spend with your enemy is hell on earth for them. And you can do the same with the time you don’t spend with them. Usually for the other hate languages I’d say your most likely, but I don’t even wanna know for this one. You’re intelligent but god damn you’re a sick fuck.

Karl was hoping that Varvatos doesn't frighten his old friend any more further. Varvatos already frightened his other friends or upset his other friends. "Doc, meet Varvatos. Varvatos, meet Doc." He flashes an anxious smile of some sorts. "He will be living with me until Aja forgives him which I'm very certain that she will take an awful lot of time in doing so..."

"A MEDIC...THE WORLD ALWAYS NEEDS A WHOLE LOT OF MEDICS. VARVATOS FINDS IT CONCERNING THAT THERE ARE BARELY ANY MEDICS TO KEEP THIS WORLD AFLOAT..." Varvatos was impressed by Doc's role in today's world. "TONICS? MIGHT VARVATOS SEE AN EXAMPLE OF ONE OF YOUR TONICS?"

He knew that Karl is not feeling so well and he knew how Karl doesn't really want others knowing so...he's going behind Karl's back in order to try to make Karl feel better.
