03. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.

the five of you are in the car, blasting music and talking amongst yourselves as taehyun continues following the gps to take you all to the most popular beach in the area. there’s a bunch of snacks, towels & flip flops shuffling in trunk as the car rolls over a speed bump.

you scroll on instagram as you talk to you yunjin about your plan for the three men that await you. “let’s say they’re literally besties or even so, related! what do i do then?”

“i say run away, honestly. like that’s actually kind of embarrassing idontknowthough.” yunjin says as a matter of factly, mumbling the last few words. “okay but think about it, what if… nevermind, i wouldn’t know what to do if they were related or something, that’s truly humbling and embarrassing for me.” you add, straightening your lips into a tight lipped smile.

“exactly. don’t even try to act like your awkward ass would do something ‘cause we all know you wouldn’t.” yunjin laughs softly as the rest of the group agrees with mhmm or yup.

you roll your eyes playfully and smile at them, “yeah, i guess you’re right, i’d probably be too scared to even text them after that if that were the case,” you pause, seeing the beach come into view. “oh fuck we’re here.”

taehyun barely nods as he pops the trunk for ryujin and huening to retrieve the items in there. once they finish doing so, he turns off the car and hops out after unbuckling his seatbelt and you all follow suit.

everyone wraps a towel around their necks, switches out their shoes for flip flops and puts their hair into whatever style would be suitable for them. you on the other hand are nervous, extremely nervous. you can’t help but check your surroundings and be conscious of your looks. you begin pulling out your phone camera to check yourself until yunjin stops you, “babe, you look good, c’mon.” she reminds you before interlinking your hands and dragging you alongside her.

you see ryujin already setting up the area where you’ll all be coming back to and taehyun pouring a pound of ice into a cooler. huening is quick to come behind you with a case of water and other beverages to help with the heat. you smile in fondness as you see that you’re finally spending time with your childhood friends.

halting your thoughts, you feel yunjin nudge your arm and motion her head in front of you. “is that soobin?” she asks, making your head quirk up at the mention of your tinder match’s name. it is soobin.

you see him in all his glory, standing about 6feet tall, grey shorts, blue button down and his gorgeous dimples prominent as every word falls from his perfect lips. you sigh in awe, pulling out your phone and texting him look up and look to your right! he’s very quick to check his phone and his smile grows as he sees your message, doing exactly what you told him.

you see him look around, smiling and waving as he does so. he finally catches your eyes and begins walking over to you but someone, more like people, call his name. he’s quick to change his direction of sight and guides it over to two other men standing up and motioning him over.

you can’t exactly make out their faces from the spot you’re at but it would be easy to say that those are the people he came with, the few family members he mentioned. both of them have long black hair but one has his hair tied up in a half up half down. you wait for soobin to finish his conversation and watch as he begins to make his way over to you, also noticing that his two family members are trailing him with their eyes.

once he approaches you, they both furrow their brows and sit up to make sure that they’re seeing this right. you look back over to both of them and shock slowly creeps into your face.

no fucking way, is exactly what you’re thinking. the two men that soobin just so happen to be with are the other men you matched with on your tinder. yeonjun and beomgyu.

soobin watches as your face contorts with fear and looks over to see who you’re so scared to see. he sees you looking at his cousins and looks back over to you with furrowed brows.

he finally speaks, “is something wrong?” he asks, voice laced with concern. “yeahyeah everything’s fine, just give me a sec okay?” you blurt out, catching the man in front of you off guard as you begin running towards yunjin who’s at the bar.

“yunjin, i fucking jinxed it, we fucking jinxed it.” you say, panting heavily as if you had just ran a marathon. she looks at you with distraught and confusion adorning her features, blinking rapidly. “what the hell are you talking about?”

“they’re fucking related, yunjin!” you yell with agony lacing your voice. her mouth drops open with her straw falling back into her cup. “say you’re lying.” she says as she darts her eyes to behind you. “i wish i was fucking lying. i kid you not, i see soobin right? he sees me, he begins walking over to me but somebody calls him, oh! not just somebody, yeonjun and fucking beomgyu,” you pause, catching your breath, “and mind you, at first, i didn’t fucking know who the hell they were because i didn’t really care! i was here for soobin! but turns out, i was here for all three of them!” you groan, shoving your head into your hands.

yunjin, who listened to everything, is quite literally in utter shock. “so guess what, i took your advice and i ran away, soobin was definitely confused to say the least but yeonjun and beomgyu looked fucking disgusted so now i’m scared as shit because what if they find me and confront me or some shit?”

yunjin sighs heavily as she looks up but her breath gets caught in her throat and her eyes widen. “y/n, i want you to look behind you very slowly, do not freak out and do not run away. please.” you take in her words, doing as she says and freezing up immediately.

all three of them are looking at you along with three other men. yeonjun is nodding slowly with a smile on his face, beomgyu has his tongue poking his cheek and soobin looks completely confused. they begin talking amongst themselves before the main three begin walking towards you. your eyes widen and your feet start moving before you can even process what you’re doing.

yunjin yells after you, face immediately dropping once she sees you’re already too far away to even hear her. the three boys are shocked at how fast you ran, eyes widened and mouths agape. so instead of approaching you, they approach yunjin. she looks at them, looks away slowly and proceeds to sip her drink. she gulps down every last bit of her virgin pina colada and turns to face the three men in front of her.

beomgyu slightly cocks his head to the side with his eyebrows raised as a way of saying did you know? which causes yunjin to sigh and speak up.

“i didn’t know y’all were related in any way but i did know she matched with all three of you on the same day.” and to that, soobin raises his hand, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. “that’s weird, that never usually happens does it?” he asks yunjin. she responds with a small shrug, “i don’t know, it never happened to me,” she adds.

“if you want her to choose between you three, i’ll try to get her to do so, it might be hard but i could at least try if that’s what you want.” she says with an awkward smile.

yeonjun chuckles at her response, looking at the two next to him and watching as they motion him to proceed before saying something that yunjin will ever forget.

“tell her that it’s fine, we love a good competition anyway.”

08. DO THEY KNOW?

2:50 A.M.

you have your airpods in, keeping all sound stored in your ears, away from the quietness of your shared home hoping to wake absolutely no one. your phone begins vibrating lowly, vibrations slightly awakening your senses.

incoming facetime call: yeonjun (tinder boy #3)

you gasp softly, getting up and walking out of your room quietly hoping not to wake yunjin.

you walk into the living room with quiet steps, seating yourself on the couch and answering the phone.

“helloooo,” yeonjun says shyly. you smile at his quiet yet warm voice, saying hi back.

“why are you so quiet?” he asks, raising his brow in curiosity. “why aren’t you?” you ask, he shrugs, flipping the camera over to who you’re assuming is his roommate, who’s on his pc playing whatever game.

“he doesn’t mind me being loud so,” he adds, smiling at you. you nod and hum at his response, silence filling the air. he clicks his tongue, “date with beomgyu tomorrow, correct?”

you roll your eyes playfully, already knowing what he’s getting at. “yes yeonjun, why?” he chuckles softly, shrugging his shoulders once more. “just curious, i would be the last person to know,” you scoff, “i personally think you’d be one of the first to know, actually.”

he laughs at your response, “why do you think that?” he asks, genuinely curious. you shrug, “well for one; he’s your cousin. two, you live together and three, oh this one is my favorite, you’re apparently competing for me? how’s that?” you respond, eyebrows furrowed.

he laughs once again, shaking his head at your words, “fair enough but all jokes aside, i did know, i just wanted to see what you’d say.” he smiles, blinking slowly. you roll your eyes at him and smile softly.

“you’re so stupid,” you say, making him laugh louder. you laugh along with him, his laugh being oddly contagious and comforting. “ah, really? would i be stupid for saying it’d be better for you to go out with me instead of gyu?” he questions cockily.

your eyes widen in surprise, caught slightly off guard. “i mean, it wouldn’t be stupid but it would be pretty rude of me to just bail on beomgyu after all this planning he’s done,” you reply, frowning at the thought of beomgyu’s reaction once he realizes you bailed on him for his cousin.

“y/n, i promise you, he literally wouldn’t mind, he’d be shocked that i was able to even persuade you and probably try harder next time, if he even gets a next time.” yeonjun says, exaggerating his words. you take his words into consideration, thinking hard on his suggestion.

“okay, what would we do though? like as a date,” you ask, intrigued. he seems to think on it for a few before coming to a decision, “there’s this place i go to, they offer couples dance lessons sooo if you’re interested, i can set an appointment for you and me? for 11 am tomorrow?” he asks with a large smile plastered on his face.

you scoff and smile, “we’re not a couple though,” he rolls his eyes, “not yet at least.” he says, making your smile widen. “look, i could schedule it and if you’re not up for it by 9:30 am, i’ll cancel it and you can go on your date with beomgyu, i guess. how’s that?” he suggests with the same smile that’s been on his face since the beginning.

you laugh quietly, “no need, i’d be happy to go. i just need to figure out how to tell beomgyu somehow…” to that, he rolls his eyes at the mention of his cousins name. “don’t tell him, we can do a hard launch kind of thing and tag each other on our posts, with a picture.”

you smile, shaking your head at him. “sounds good,” you say before getting up and walking to the bathroom. you sit your phone upright, hoping it stays. once it’s positioned correctly, you turn on the water, starting your skincare routine as yeonjun watches you in awe.

“are you getting ready for bed?” he asks softly, still looking at you. you nod, cleaning all product out of your eyes. he hums, eyes still locked on you. once your eyes are able to open, you catch him staring, “what’re you looking at?” you ask as he smiles.

“i’m obviously looking at you, y/n. you’re so pretty,” he says, catching you off guard once again. you feel your cheeks rising to a burning heat, but you continue to apply your skin serum with a gentle smile.

slowly but surely, your skincare routine is coming to an end. you wash your face with warm water and dry it thoroughly. you look away from your phone for a moment and look back to see yeonjun no longer surrounded by light, he’s now in the dark and laying down.

you begin turning off all lights and walking back into your room but not before shushing yeonjun. he nods and smiles, watching as you quietly step into your room and lay down in your bed, resting comfortably under the covers.

“do you wanna sleep on the phone? i’m not implying anything but i’m just asking,” he whispers. you only nod to that as you plug your charger into your phone. he smiles at you softly once again and you roll your eyes once more, “what’re you smiling at now?” you whisper.

he chuckles lowly, “it’ll always be you i’m smiling at, y/n.” you hide your smile and only show your eyes. his laugh increases in volume, never seeming to die down anytime soon.

you quickly snap a facetime photo of him, catching him off guard. “wait let me sit up and turn this light on, then you can retake it.” he says, reaching for his bedside light.

he lays back down and hides himself under his covers, showing nothing but his eyes. “mmkay, take it like this,” he says, smiling with his eyes. you smile gently as you take the picture. “i’m gonna go to sleep,” you say, eyes filled with tiredness. he hums and says, “me too, night night y/n!”

you abruptly wake from your sleep at the sound of commotion being made in your room. well, you thought it was coming from your room. you look down at your phone, seeing a familiar face present on your screen, talking to someone.

yeonjun. he stayed on the phone this whole time? your heart flutters at the thought. he’s obviously talking to his roommate, about whatever because he’s gone on mute after seeing you shuffle in your sleep. he soon pays his attention back to his phone and checks if you’re awake.

“y/n?” he asks in a hushed voice, hoping to not wake you up if you aren’t already. you smile at his voice, shuffling around once again and setting your phone up on a pillow, in front of your face.

you wave lazily as you begin to rub the tiredness from your eyes. he smiles at you, tilting his head in awe. “you look silly,” he says with a small giggle. you groan in half hearted annoyance yet also tiredness, “ugh, shut up i’m still tired.” he laughs softly at your response, clicking his tongue in the process.

“did you schedule the lesson already?” you ask, stretching out your arms to make your body work properly. he smiles at the fact that you remembered and nods his head proudly.

“i scheduled the one for 2:30, we’ll have time to get ready,” he says as he shoves a fork in his mouth. “what’re you eating?” you ask, he smacks his lips and swallows quickly before answering.

“some yogurt bowl, my roommate made it.” you nod and tell him that you’re gonna go eat as well and then hop in the shower. he says okay and bids you a farewell before you leave your phone to charge and go look for something to eat.

you look over to yunjin’s side of the room and see that she’s not even there. shrugging your shoulders, you walk up to your room door and open it. as you open it, you open it to all 4 of your roommates standing in front of it.

all of your eyes widen in shock, being completely caught off guard by the sudden abruption. taehyun is the first to speak up per usual, “sooo, you’re going on a date with yeonjun and you decided not to tell us?”

you sigh, staring at yunjin in defeat. “what??? i couldn’t keep this to myself for the life of me.” you softly chuckle at her response and nod your head.

ryujin and huening kai seem to be confused, looking at each other for some sort of clarity. “what happened to beomgyu?” huening asks, voice laced with concern.

“yeonjun convinced me that i should go on a date with him instead, i feel bad but at the end of the day i don’t think beomgyu will care anyway.” ryujin’s brows furrow in shock and huening scoffs.

you’re caught off guard by the two’s sudden reactions, making your mind full with confusion.

“he was able to convince you or did you never care from the jump?” ryujin asks, a small ounce of venom lacing her normally sweet tone. yunjin looks over at her, face now contorted into a mixture of confusion and scared.

“what are you talking about, ryu?” taehyun asks, face representing a whole different level of emotion. ryujin scoffs in response, rubbing her temple with two fingers. “i mean, think about it really, y/n’s usually very hard to persuade, right? so it couldn’t have been easy unless she’s never cared about how he’d feel after finding out, isn’t that right y/n?”

your brows furrow in offense, “why are you assuming i never cared? before all of this i stated that i liked all three of them, which, may i remind you, they have no problem with! so why, all of a sudden, do you care about how they feel? huh?”

huening kai finally steps in, “because we actually care about other people’s feelings? are we in the wrong for that? for caring when you obviously don’t? we just think it’s a real asshole move what you’re doing, y/n,” he says, shrugging his shoulders to basically say that he doesn’t care what you’re explanation for this is.

you look at both of them dumbfounded, at a loss for words. clearly confused on what to say next, the three of you decide to leave it at that. you walk away to the bathroom, shaking your head in disbelief, causing ryujin and kai to scoff in response. as expected, they also walk away to their rooms, wanting their space. leaving taehyun and yunjin alone, trying to comprehend everything that just happened this early in the morning.

“i’m confused,” taehyun says quietly. yunjin looks at him, brows softly turned outward as a show of her concern. “you and i both, you and i both.” she adds before running a quick hand through her hair. “i’ll go talk to y/n and you go talk to them, deal?” she asks holding her hand out, “deal.” taehyun says, shaking her hand before quietly going their separate ways.

you’re in the bathroom doing your hair before you hear a knock on the door. “come in,” you say, irritated. yunjin steps in with a shy smile, clearly trying to keep the tension down. “you okay babe?” she asks, rubbing small circles into your back.

you nod softly, smiling back at her in response. “i don’t even know what the hell that was, in all honesty.” she nods as well, clearly not knowing what it was either. “maybe they’re just not having a good morning, give them some time. taehyun is talking with them right now,” she says, trying her best to keep you level headed.

“okay, i don’t want this to mess up anything.” you say. she sighs, “it won’t babe, how about this,” she pauses, looking around slowly.

“how about, you take a shower and then i’ll make you food, i’ll have your clothes ready and do your makeup for you? how’s that sound?” she says with a warm smile. you smile fondly at her suggestion and sigh, “i’d love that, yunjin.” you say, welcoming her into a warm embrace.

she pulls away with a smile and rubs your face softly before walking out.

with yunjin’s lovely suggestion, you decide to just do your skincare in the shower and deal with any other problems later. you need to get ready.

1:52 P.M.

you and yunjin are in your shared room while yunjin is feeding you small, yet filling portions of your food as she touches up your face and hair. “he said he’s on his way,” you say, taking a short deep breath. yunjin pulls back for a second to get a view of how you look. she smiles, before saying she’s done and letting you check yourself in the mirror.

you smile at your reflection, loving how yunjin’s dressed you and made you look. “cute?” “cute.” you both begin laughing, filled with joy. “thank you yunjin, really.” she smiles at you with fondness, hugging you softly. “anything for you babe.”

your phone pings, lighting up with a text message.

yeonjun (tinder boy #3)

you and yunjin both look at your phone, looking back at each other shortly after. “tinder boy number three? really?” she laughs, “i didn’t know what to put it as,” you say, whining slightly. she shakes her head lightly, rubbing your shoulder softly.

you check the message from yeonjun, reading:

i’m outside :)

you smile softly in response, quickly typing back a short message before being on your way. “okay, he’s here,” you say to yunjin who’s laying on her bed, “alright, have fun!” she says before blowing an air kiss to you. you blow one back in response before seeing yourself out.

you walk out of your room into the living room, seeing taehyun sitting alongside ryujin and huening who just look at you as taehyun gives you two thumbs up with a smile. you mirror him and grab your sweater before walking out.

you quickly get to your apartment lobby, walking outside and seeing yeonjun looking down at his phone, leaning against his car.

you smile at his appearance and begin walking towards him. hearing sudden footsteps, he looks up to see who’s coming. he greets you with a big smile, hugging you as you do the same. “you look pretty,” he tells you, causing you to smile widely and say thank you. he nods as he opens the door for you, motioning you inside.

he closes the door behind you once he sees your comfortable and quickly runs around to the other side. he seats himself carefully, running a quick hand through his hair before putting the key into the ignition. “ready?” he asks quickly, fixing his mirrors and putting a hand on the wheel as you nod with a smile.

he smiles back at you, pressing his foot on the gas after he checks his side mirror.

“it’s around a 16 minute drive but, i was thinking we could stop for food if you want?” he suggests, making you smile. you nod softly, watching as he mirrors your expression while still keeping his eyes on the road.

he asks you to type what you want into his gps because he can’t look away. you type in the closest fast food restaurant and make yourself comfortable as he continues driving, you shoot him small glances watching as he drives with one hand on the wheel and the other on the gear stick.

at some point he catches you staring and he smiles widely, “you wanna play music?” he asks. you nod your head yes as he reaches a stop light and picks up his phone while cautiously checking the light and his phone. he hands his phone to you for you to play music and you begin typing away and putting whatever song comes to mind first.

he begins nodding his head to song that you put on and somewhat singing the lyrics, “you know this song?” you ask in surprise. he smiles and nods, “i used to play it everyday when i was a trainee, i even used it for my dance evaluations,” he says with a proud tone. you smile widely in response and nod like a proud parent.

he begins pulling into the fast food drive-thru and asks for your order, which you tell him of course. he orders your food first and then his, asking you to get his wallet from the dashboard. pulling up to the next window, he pays for it with a smile and asks the worker how they’re doing. he makes small conversation with them and ends it off with a kind goodbye and pulls up to the next window and waits patiently.

“the place we’re going to is gonna teach us contemporary dance, is that okay with you?” he mentions quickly, tapping his fingers on the wheel rhythmically. “yeah, i love contemporary, i used to do it when i was little,” you mention as his face lights up at the fact that you’re familiar with the genre. “then we should be good, if we go consistently, they’ll teach us different styles. would you be up for it?” he asks once again, causing you to nod profusely.

he laughs at your response, quickly turning his attention to the worker handing him the food. he says thank you and places the drinks in the cup holders and handing you the bag with food so you can quickly retrieve yours.

he soon begins his drive to the dance studio, not paying attention to his food. out of kindness, you offer to feed him his food as he drives. he smiles at the kind gesture, saying he’s fine with it.

you begin feeding him his food while also taking bites of yours. you alternate between your food and his, and his drink and yours. soon clearing the bag of food, you also reach the dance studio.

he parks the car and takes the garbage, throwing it out once he finds a spot to park. he opens the door for you again, making you smile at the small act of kindness.

he takes you inside, quickly signing your names and walking to the dance room. you both see a bunch of other people who yeonjun seem to be familiar with as he greets them with a smile and a hug.

the lesson is quick to start as the teacher announces that you’ll be starting off pretty intensely with stretches today. she also announces that she notices yeonjun has a partner today as he usually comes by himself. he smiles and welcomes you with his hand holding yours. you smile and greet everyone, happy to see that they’re all very welcoming people and will be happy to help you if there’s anything you need help with.

during the partner stretches, yeonjun tries tickling you and you tickle him back. the air fills with laughter and joy, making you both extremely happy with each other.

the teacher announces that it’s time for the real part which causes you and yeonjun to get serious. there’s a certain part of the dance that requires yeonjun to run his hand down your arm and dip you quickly. the whole class follows and so do you and yeonjun. he runs his arm down your shoulder slowly and dips you from the nape of your neck, once that move is out of the way, he’s supposed to hold you closely to him and look the other way, but he doesn’t.

he holds you close to him and stares deeply into your eyes. you and him are both lost in each other’s eyes as the tension grows thicker, losing track of the dance and not realizing. all the dancers around you ooh and ah at you two’s obvious attraction to each other.

“yeonjun, let’s make sure you and your girlfriend stay on track, ‘kay?” the teacher says, winking at the two of you once she’s gotten your attention. you both pull away from each other, trying to remain focused but you both keep sending glances at each other.

7:43 P.M.

the class goes over the dance a few more times before taking a short break and heading right back into it. it’s almost as if every time you both do the dip move, you can’t pull your eyes away from each other. yeonjun’s eyes dart down at your lips and quickly look back up and he spins you around, carrying on with the dance as if he didn’t do so.

feeling the tension, you both say no other words for each other and the dance lesson comes to an end. you and yeonjun both get water and prepare yourselves to leave.

after you get water, you go back to the room to say your goodbyes and hug everybody while thanking them for helping you out today.

you soon reach yeonjun’s car as he opens the door for you and closes it behind you without saying anything. he quickly comes in from the other side, putting the key into the ignition once again. you stare at him quietly, watching his lips open and close with no words coming out. he feels your eyes on him as he looks over at you and makes eye contact.

you both let the flame within you ignite and do what you’ve been trying to hold back from doing. you both reach over the gearstick and let your lips blend with each others.

the kiss isn’t rushed or forced, it feels natural. passionate. yeonjun holds your face in his hands, deepening the kiss and making himself more comfortable. you tangle your hands in his hair and allow him to deepen the kiss. as if to stop you both from doing anything else, your phone buzzes with a notification and scares you both. you pull away from each other, yeonjun being clearly aware of the situation.

you read your phone with wide eyes.

you show your phone to yeonjun and his eyes widen before putting the car in drive and trying his best to get you home quickly.

he tries to get you home quick but also safely, making sure to stop at every red light and not go over the speed limits. the ride home was extremely silent, almost filled with guilt and shame within yourselves.

he reaches your apartment building sooner than usual and bids you a farewell. you wave back at him and take yourself inside your building, filled with guilt.

06. ITS LIKE A MAN AND A WOMAN HAD A BABY!

warnings: profanity, written + smau.

with the loud chime of your bell, you put your slides on and rush to the front door. you’re greeted with the soft face of your brother and you move to the side as a way of motioning him in.

he slips off his shoes out of respect before walking inside. “you guys redecorated?” he asks, looking at you for an answer. “yeah, we decided yellow was a good choice to go with, that and hints of green. making it look like a sunflower kind of, you know?” he nods slowly before taking a seat on your couch and patting the spot next to him.

you seat yourself beside him and wait for his next words. you begin growing anxious as he just looks around finding the right words to say.

“i’m not upset with you.” is simply what he says.

you’re brought to confusion as he says no other words after.

“huh? what do you mean?”

he sighs softly, looking over at you with gentle eyes. “jungkook told me you thought i’d be mad at you, i’m not. i’m your older brother as well as i am your biggest fan, i support whatever decisions you make in life even if they’re not the best ones. whatever advice you need on boys or relationships, i’ll try to be your go-to. i don’t say this often but don’t take it lightly, i love you y/n, as your older bro and as your best friend.”

he smiles at you, filled with genuity. you blink at him, caught slightly off guard by his words. he pulls you closer to him, bringing you in for a hug. rubbing your shoulder as he welcomes you into his embrace.

“i’ve never doubted your choices or your abilities y/n. you’ve always been a light in people’s lives, you open people’s eyes and their hearts to brand new things. your way of thinking and understanding is a very special attribute of yours. i trust that you’ll never be disappointed with the things that life throws your way. again, i love you.”

you feel tears welling up in your eyes at his warm and sincere words. your brother has always known how to make you happy and feel better about yourself. he’s always been your biggest supporter even if there were times where he hasn’t been able to be there for you.

“thank you mingyu, i love you too.” you say as you hug him tighter, holding him close to you. you sniffle quietly as he rests his head atop yours.

he lets you cry in his arms, letting you release all your emotions into his chest. once you’re finished, he releases you slowly and wipes the remnants of your tears from your face.

“wanna watch something?” he asks with a smile. to that, you nod, mirroring his smile.

he reaches for the remote as he turns the tv on, switching to the channel with your favorite show playing.

as the show begins, you both relax on the couch and indulge in the comfortable silence of your apartment.

your friends are now home and you’re all in the living room, eating and chatting it up about the boys while mingyu tells you many things about them.

“they’ve been modeling with me and jungkook for almost 5 years now, they all sing and dance hence why they almost pursued in the idol industry.” he says while chewing on his ramen.

you all burst into a flurry of “ooh’s” and “ah’s” before asking any other questions.

taehyun and huening kai share a look before smiling and raising their eyebrows before taehyun speaks up, “have they ever taken a shower together?”

you choke on your food as yunjin bursts out in laughter. ryujin slaps taehyun’s shoulder with wide eyes and a smile on her face.

“taehyun, that’s a dumb ques-” “yeah, they have,” mingyu says, laughter following behind. you pause, looking at him in shock with the cause of your shock being the fact that he knows that they’ve taken showers together.

“and why do you know that?” you ask. “‘cause they told me.” mingyu adds, laughing at your shocked tone.

your eyebrows raise in confusion but you choose to move away from the topic of showering… “anywho, show me some photos from their photoshoots,” you say, shoving a piece of food in your mouth. mingyu nods and pulls up a picture of his favorite shoots that they’ve done.
